Once again my truck threw a check engine light when I was camping in a remote place out of state and was about to put me in limp mode, when I called the guys at Gem. This time it was the cursed DEF system, but they worked me into a full shop and got me out that same day! These guys rock! They have taken care of all of our diesel trucks for several years now. Clean, organized and great communicators as to what needs to be repaired. Fair prices and honest people. We replaced a high pressure oil pump on a truck a year ago, brought it back in with an oil leak that needed diagnosed. The pump had failed and they replaced it under warranty with no questions asked. I loved their honesty and the way they took care of my Dodge Ram Cummins pickup! I put gas in by mistake and I was afraid I had done a lot of damage by driving it . They drained it cleaned it and after inspection I was told my truck was not damaged! They could have claimed that I did some damage and I would not have known! If you are looking very a clean shop with very compentant and honest staff and diesel mechanics to work on your diesel truck, definitely go here.
