Needing new tires for my Jeep, I reached out to Next Door app for local recommendations, as I'm always wanting to support small businesses. I was given Justin's info and I texted him. He answered right away. I came in that afternoon for a meet/greet and review/estimate for 4 new tires. His prices were very competitive and his shop was quite clean, but what sold me was his professionalism, friendliness and thorough inspection of my tires. I was able to come in just 2 days later for the quick install. He noted some problems with my factory lug nuts and had better replacements delivered and installed. I had a really positive experience with Justin Time Auto Repair. I called around 11 AM because my 2013 Ford C-Max needed new brakes and tires, and he was able to get everything done the same day—by 3 PM. That alone impressed me. What really stood out, though, was how transparent and thorough he was. He brought me back to show me how bad the rotors were and explained exactly why they needed to be replaced, which gave me real peace of mind. No guessing, no pressure just honest communication. He truly listened to me, the price was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. He absolutely earned my business, and that’s why I’m excited to leave this review

He came highly recommended by word of mouth as having the best prices in town, and that definitely held true. He knew exactly which all season tires would be best for my car and ordered them ahead of time with no deposit required. When balancing the tires, Justin took the time to show me that two of my wheels had been bent from hitting a pothole and even recommended a place to get them repaired, which I really appreciated. I recently had to replace my coolent reservoir which I managed to do with some help from my neighbor in a pinch on a Sunday morning. I took my Jeep in to double-check my work a couple days later and to have the guys give everything a once-over and an early oil change for good measure. Jeremy and Justin were a blast to chat with, got the work done swiftly, and talked to me like I was the competent gal that I am. I often get a long list of "extra" things to be replaced when I go in for service. Glad I know about this place now going forward.
