When I called my agent after my car accident I was still in shock. How does this process work? What’s my deductible and what does it cover? How am I getting to work? These questions and many more were running through my mind. To say I was a little anxious about the process is an understatement. Then I came across Idaho Collision Center while searching for shops in the area. I gave them a call the receptionist that answered was friendly, caring and offered assistance immediately. Lovelle did a fantastic job of explaining the process and made me feel at ease for the first time since the accident. When I arrived at the shop and met Justin. He was professional, honest, and caring about my situation. Once I dropped the car off they did a great job of updating me the entire time. When I got my car back I was WOWed. My car looked brand new and they even went the extra mile and wash and waxed my baby. They have just earned a customer for life. Anyone in the treasure valley area should bring their truck or car here for any auto body repair or quote. Thanks for making a stressful situation into the best customer experience I’ve ever had!

This is my second time dealing with this location, which used to be Idaho Collision Center, but now looks to be Caliber Collision - One on every corner, owned by a larger corporation (>$2.5B in revenue), of which there are least 10 in this valley alone. First time - Amazing, they were more than helpful offering suggestions and alternatives. I thought I had rated and submitted a 5 star at that time, but don’t see it....that was a 5 star interaction. At that point, they were still ICC I believe. (Note - This was a fix on a Nissan Murano) Second time - We (15 year old daughter) were given an estimate for work to repair her vehicle, an import brand of which they are not an authorized repair shop. My daughter was told there was a chance they wouldn’t do the repairs as they can’t get parts (in case they pull it apart and there is more damage). That’s on us, not them, but then why give me an estimate at all? Opinion - This is considered a risk for Caliber Collision, which again, I can understand corporate policy that needs to be followed. My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the staff working at the location, but more of my disappointment that what used to be a great place you could count on, transitioned into a small cog, with no voice, in a huge wheel. It happens, totally get it, but I reserve the right to be disappointed in their change of camaraderie and direction. In my opinion, had this been a year ago, we would have had the conversation BUT agreed on different terms related to what to fix and what not to fix, depending on the findings while disassembling the vehicle. Again, the manager and support staff are great, they simply work for a company that isn’t what this place used to be.

This week I had a very irritating project with my wife’s car and was referred by State Farm to bring our car to Justin and his crew. As soon as I arrived I was blown away. Justin met me outside of his beautiful business with a smile and attitude that instantly made me trust him and his staff. After some digging he instantly located the problem, provided me with a full layout of costs, and parts needed. He showed me the prices of the parts, and let me know he’d keep costs as minimal as they could be. 2 Days later I’m picking my wife’s car up in perfect condition, fully fixed, and working just as it should be. Then the bill came, Justin gave me the breakdown, and saved me literally a $1000 dollars compared to any of his competitors. As a business man myself nothing speaks volumes like quality work, and fair pricing. You sir have won over a lifetime client. And I will go out of my way to refer your business and family to any, and every person I know. Thank you for everything!!

Absolutely a five-star review! These folks did an excellent job repairing my car after a collision. Not only that, but they took on the headache of dealing with claims adjuster that was not returning my calls. Not only did they sort everything out with the insurance, they had me in the shop as soon as I reached out to them and had a rental car waiting for me. My car isn't much to look at (a RAV4 with 250k+ miles), but they treated it as if it deserved the same care and attention as a brand new car. They truly were the best and good part of an otherwise sh**** situation. Excellent work, excellent people.

I would highly recommend Idaho Collision Centers! Justin goes above and beyond! Meeting Justin was a stroke of dumb luck. 2 Days after my wife's accident I ran into Justin and he was kind enough to offer his services to help us. We already had an estimate from a competitor but because they were not able to get to us until after Christmas, we took a chance on this guy we just met. We are more than thankful and happy we did. Not only was his new shop first class, but he went over our vehicle with a fine toothed comb and found issues that were missed or ignored by the other place. Justin went to work on our insurance to get the full amount for the complete restoration of our vehicle. Once he got to work Justin even went above and beyond matching both colors of our custom paint. Everything was a perfect match. Our SUV runs just as good and looks just as clean as it did before the accident and we could not be more thrilled. We definitely recommend Justin and his team at Idaho Collision Centers!

Justin took care of all the hard work with the insurance and the rental car. All I had to do was bring my car in and show him what needed to be done and he took care of everything from there. He Is very professional and speaks in a way that makes you feel like you’ve been best friends for years. My car turned out amazing, it was so much better than I had imagined. This place is amazing, Robert was so helpful and kind. I called in looking to get a door replaced on my car and he called me back within 24 hours to let me know he had found a replacement door and could fit me in the next day. Where do I start? Idaho Collision Centers completely exceeded my expectations after being t-boned in an accident. The wreck caused such emotional stress and the last thing I wanted to think about was trusting a company to make my car "brand new". I had reached out for advice via social media and was responded to by Robert. Robert was very professional and gave very valuable input as well as respecting my opinion. I had researched a few other places and was very unsure where to go and who to trust. I can say without a doubt that Robert was the reason I had chose Idaho Collision Centers. Robert very clearly went above and beyond in his role with ICC. It means so much to me that Robert reached out offering help and guidance in such a difficult time for me. Robert kept in contact with me every step of the way with emails and phone calls. I was given dates on when to expect my car & if not finished by then, given another date. However my car was still done sooner than expected! I had little talk with the insurance company, which I am thankful for. Robert handled all that. Most important of all, my car is STUNNING! Looks better than it did prior to the wreck. I was afraid to drive off in it (my own fear after the wreck) but Idaho Collision Centers guarantee their work. Feel much better knowing I can go back there if any problems. I am so grateful to have come in contact with Robert & having had such an amazing experience with Idaho Collision Centers.
