Took my car in for an alignment, they couldn't get the front camber equal yet I had an alignment done previously at les schwab and they were able to dial it in alot closer than them. Then took my car for a test drive (no biggie) but proceeded to floor it, make it pop and bang, Rev it, tried racing it, and drove it like he owned it. (Decently modified wrx) I paid $30k for this car so I could enjoy it, not to let someone else drive it like they owned it. (Have dashcam footage of everything) definitely will not be back, and recommend not taking your car there.

Terrible customer service, just wanted me gone. Didn’t answer or didn’t have an answer for any of my questions. Charged me for my first time fixing a tire and did a terrible job. Wouldn’t recommend les schwab better.

Two years ago, I bought my daughter new tires at Point S. Now, two years later, the tires are tremendously worn. My daughter has two babies which she transports daily! When I took my daughter’s car to the Acura dealer for a simple repair, they told me the tires were shot! They, the dealer showed me pictures of the tires and I was appalled! They also said the tires were not a brand name! We bought new tires. Next, I would like to say, we’ve boughten over a hundred tires off Bruneel, ska Point S over the past, yes 40 years. That was when Craig Bruneel owned the company! When I talked to Point S today, he…the manager blamed my daughter, saying, and I quote, “your daughter didn’t get the tires rotated every 5,000 miles.” Beware of Point S. By the way, I wasn’t asking for a full refund! Just a credit!!

Absolutely the best costumer service I have experienced. Sent my wife in with low tire pressure on tires I purchased in a different state. They repaired both tired free of charge and treated her wonderfully. They didn't try any kind of up selling of unnecessary maintenance. We will be taking all 3 vehicles there for all future service.

When taking in my car for a checkup, they do look over the entire car to make sure my car is safe. They do a really good job at calling to let me know what needs to be fixed and give me options on parts and services. I get almost all my car services done here as they have better prices than the dealership. I do prefer to use another company for tires though as I can find lower prices elsewhere. But if you are looking for oil change or general service stuff, this is a reliable place. Staff are very professional and courteous.

I got in a wreck 3 months ago and originally took my jeep to a different shop (won’t name names) but they messed up my jeep EXTREMELY bad. After going back and forth with the other shop I brought my jeep to point S and they took so much time doing inspections, test drives, even test drives with me so I could personally explain what I was feeling, and took their time going over every little thing to make sure everything was done right. Their communication with me during the entire process was like no one else’s! They texted me with updates, called to make sure I was in the loop with everything. They truly went above and beyond and made sure my jeep was even better than before. And when I went to pick it up we did another test drive and they explained everything they did in a way I could understand (because I’m just a girl) I appreciate everyone that took the time to fix it, I know it was not a easy task. But you all did incredible and no other shop will ever touch this jeep. They will be doing all the work from now on! Also want to personally thank Jason he really went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with everything and explained everything so well.
