This is one of the cleanest stores I have been in. The employees are professionally dressed, knowledgeable about a wide variety of things pertaining to all that is car related, the store manager is very pleasant to his customers and employees. He , without hesitation stepped outside numerous times to help his customers with various things and unlike most parts stores thos location has a wide variety of parts so i never have to wait for the parts that i need. The employees never direct me to go somewhere else and are patient and pleasant to work with. The store is in a great location and the parking lot is clean and easy to maneuver. I will be shopping here from now on.

Steve saved my bacon this morning. He tested my alternator and battery, sold me a new battery, and installed it for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. And he didn't judge me for my corroded, super old battery! Hubby loves this place too.

I go to oreillys often every time I go there they are always willing to help me. There prices are very reasonable and if their product fails they always warranty it I’m pleased to give these guys my business. I’ve been an oreillys customer ever since 2012 and there products have always been good.

I brought my car in for a check engine light they were very polite and helped scan my vehicle and then printed out a sheet with the codes that where wrong and gave me some recommendations and even let me know that I was safe to drive it if needed. Great experience!

Jeffrey was absolutely amazing. I just pulled into town with my family after a 5 hour car ride and we stopped and the car was having trouble starting. It was 100 degrees outside and I finally got it started and headed straight to O’Reilly. Luckily I got Jeffrey to help me. He checked on the battery and first thought it was probably the alternator, and the. He said wait let me take the terminals off and clean them up and try to test them again. After doing that he said actually I think it is your battery. He gave me options for a new battery and I picked one and he went in and got a battery and installed it and made sure that fixed all the issues and it did. Thank you Jeffrey for going the extra mile for me and my family, saving us hundreds of dollars and from the 100 degree heat with our car not starting. You are the man!!!!

100% recommend this location. Manager tested the battery and alternator. Told us we needed a new battery and installed with no issue. Took maybe 15 minutes . My idle was low but he instructed me to run at high rpm's for a moment and it would settle. 100% correct , he was polite, professional and even refused tip after he heard we were treated poorly at other location. Amazing what a little bit of knowledge and taking pride in your job do for the customer experience.

This was the first place along my travels where I felt less welcomed. I was looking for a tire air pump and received a little two much annoyance from the clerks that a woman was handling things on her own. None the less, one "gentleman" assisted in the location of the item and I was checked out and gone.

Great service! These guys took my two containers of recycled oil no problem. Auto Zone down the street wouldn’t do it, they said we can only take one container a day. I’m a Sr. Citizen and that’s how Auto Zone respects our rights. I will only shop at O Reilly from now on. Thank you!

I'm not going again but they do know what they are doing. The guy who helped me seemingly grew annoyed by my lack of reaction to his jokes. He didn't react to any of my jokes so I can only assume we simply have different humor. The part that ruined the store for me was when He started to talk about how the younger generation needs to lighten up, and somehow got into how he has a bunch of scars. So I showed him my foot that has like 6 scars from my dogs accidentally scratching me. He then proceeded to tell me about how he has two dogs and he is always telling his wife he is going to eat the dogs. He then started to rave about the flavor and the sweetness of their meat. I assume either he was making a terrible "joke" or he was attempting to piss me off. Either way I'm just going to go down the street to another auto parts store from now on. Everyone else I have encountered working in the store has been very nice, which combined with their expertise brought this rating up to a two star.

Wonderful experience! I came in with a frustration accessing my turn signal bulbs. William and Seth made sure I left with working signals! Thank you gentleman so much! My wife coasted into the O'Reilly's parking lot in Meridian with the engine overheating and called me to come help her figure out what was wrong. By the time I arrive 15 minutes later, Seth had come out of the store, diagnosed the problem, removed the broken connection on the heater hose and had all of the new parts laying on the counter waiting for me. Dylan and Able let me borrow tools to put the broken hose back together and we were on our way in less than ten minutes. Seth, Dylan and Able took a super stressful situation and turned it into a blessing with their great attitude and eagerness to help. Great employees and terrific customer service!
