Had an appointment for 4. Drive all the way from horseshoe bend so a good 40 minutes each way. Showed up and they said it would be in shortly, we then walked around Walmart for an hour expecting it to be done shortly since we were just doing an oil change. A hour and 15 minutes later we walk back over to see the progress and the car didn’t even move from its spot. What’s the point of an appointment if they aren’t ready to get you in? Ended up just going to a different place. Spend the extra money and go to Valvoline or Take 5 or something like this. Not worth it to save a few pennys.

They took amazing care of my car and they were so fast too! I needed a tire replaced and they estimated an hour and a half, it ended up being just an hour. I initially went to one location and they didn’t have the tire in stock and the guy working was so thorough with explaining everything to me and I ended up finding the location that had the tire in stock. It ended up being $188 which was better than the $344 another tire place estimated!!

They changed my battery. I left and a bunch of warning lights were on. My throttle was not working and I nearly got in accident driving back home and returning there. I went back and was told it was not likely it was the battery. However after one technician looked up my lights he noted he could reset them and did so. This worked but my check engine light is still to be resolved. I was later informed by my father that this is normal and should be reset by the technician.

Big waste of time trying to get tires installed. After a long wait they said they wouldn’t do the job because one of the struts was stripped but I have never been refused service anywhere else. Walmart is also a supporter of the World Economic Forum so I will be doing my best to boycott them.

They are more than 2 hours behind on tire alone, without a care in the world they just stand and talk. This is the worst run service shop I have ever seen for a chain store!
