Was told the dent could be removed (guaranteed) over the phone so I went ahead and scheduled with them. Upon working on the dent, David wasn’t able to get it fully repaired (hard to get to spot, so I understood) so he didn’t charge me and recommended me to someone else. When he left he didn’t cleanup entirely, left over glue on the floor and on the car. I also noticed the fender liner was sagging. Upon inspection some fender liner parts were broken and missing. He came back and was willing to pay me so I could purchase new parts at the dealership. Unsure on how I feel about the service?
