I went in to have my oil changed and was fretted at my car and then was escorted into the waiting room by the same gentleman who greeted me. It was super fast and my car was handling so much better. I ALWAYS go to jiffy lube. I just love how I can drive in and be done by 20 mins !! They always top off all fluids and check my tire pressure. I have a slow leak in one of my tires, but I'm 66 yrs old and just don't know how to it, so ill drive in and any one of their happy and polite employees will help me out. I can even get my fluids topped off !@ I HIGHLY recommend this location!

As of right now itās a 1. Yes the service was great in and out. Process was on point. I brought my diesel pick up in for an oil change and did the fuel filters as well. Truck had low miles for its age and has been taken care of. No noises no issues. I now have a bottom end tick in my motor that we have almost pin pointed as injector slap, they added a fuel injector cleaning with out my knowledge, Iāve had 3 oil changes now, a heavy duty oil filter put on and a injector lubricant which I waited 30min for but the parts store decided to not deliver to them while I sat waiting so I was able to pick up on my way home. Today is Friday and I had my work done 7/29. They told me I needed to run and have a diagnostic done and then go from there, but they then realized they have a diagnostic machine at their location in eagleā¦ going forward I will just take my truck to a diesel shop which recommend doing for everyone else too. They didnāt go over paperwork of what was done I had to read they did and injector service and that I have a transmission leak. Super frustrating.

I took my car in to get an oil change and ended up having to get a brand new engine because of it. I was told as I was leaving that the oil light wonāt turn off but it isnāt something to worry about. I then headed home and as soon as I was almost there I couldnāt even go above 40. They either didnāt change my oil at all or overfilled it and now they wonāt pay to fix it. Highly recommend not coming here as they wonāt take of you or your car. Iāve added photos of the oil I drained, that filled almost a full 7 qt pan, as well as the dipstick, but I will admit seeing the line on the dipstick is hard to see.

Went in for an oil change wanted to get the transmission done as well. The transmission has an external and internal filter, they said they could change the fluid but not the filters. So I passed because whats the point. They did the oil change and less than a week later I have engine oil in the driveway.. the filter was loose to the point where overnight had a two foot oil slick on what was a clean driveway. I tightened the oil filter over a complete turn. But hey now my undecarage is all lube up. During the checks the removed a hose for the air filter, they put it back on but didn't bother to tighten up the hose clamp. I could fit two fingers under it.

Absolutely saved my butt! Big time I owe them :-) I had gone to a local on the motive shop called Dowdys. And they overlooked a transmission leak earlier this year after a full transmission leak inspection with all the dyes. I got the green light that there was no leak. and it ended In my transmission, completely failing and having to be replaced since there was in fact a leak. I took it to a transmission place locally since I didnāt want dowdys handling my vehicle again, and they had told me they fixed it back in April. Well, I guess there was still another transmission leak even with the new transmission. When I took my car in this September to Jiffy Lube, they informed me of a transmission leak. Thank goodness that somebody caught it, because this is the second time this is happened even when 2 different companies were involved! So frustrating nobody could inform me or be thorough. If jiffy lube hadnāt informed me this time i would have my 2nd transmission fail this year on a fully new transmission. These guys are absolutely awesome and really take their time to be super thorough! I really canāt thank them enough. Really appreciate them catching this for meā¤ļø As Iām now, holding the other company responsible to make the fixes and working through the repairs and under warranty thank the lord !! God bless!

Heading out of town and tried to squeeze in a quick, cheap, oil change. (Yeah right) First strike, didn't have the less expensive oil option so of course I had to pay for premium. Asked for a tire rotation, they couldn't get the lug nuts off so strike two. And strike three, the Lobby TV was SUPER loud and playing an ancient Flash Gordon cartoon. Asked if we could change it and they said "no." Seriously? No kids were even present. š¤·š»āāļø I just remembered, why I hate going to Jiffy Lube. For the record, everyone was friendly, just not helpful
