I went in just to check it out. They were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The shop was immaculate and very well kept. Chris took the extra time to be sure that the truck he was working on was securely hoisted. Along with an oil change he looked it over really well to determine if there were other visual issues on the truck. The cost for an oil change is more than reasonable in my opinion. This is a great shop come by check it out.

I have a Mitsubishi Mirage that I took to a nearby automotive repair shop. We suspected that it was just the fanbelt that needed fixing. When I came in, they charged a hefty fee for a vehicle inspection and replacing the fan belt, and quoted me on a bunch of different "problems" I had. I was suspicious, and even more so when I heard my fan belt still squeaking like a month later. I ended up taking it here to Crown Auto, and was very well treated! Turns out the fan belt had a loose bolt (possibly on purpose), I didn't need new brakes as urgently as the previous company had claimed, and I even got an oil change and a new lightbulb for my license plate that I didn't even know was there! All this for a cheaper price than what I paid the first time! This is a mechanic you can trust! Don't risk liars and swindlers at other places, just give these guys a chance!

PROS: -They easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a price I considered reasonable. -People were nice. CONS: -I got a ride down there to pick up my truck and that's when they told me if I pay with card there is a 3% fee on the entire bill. Nobody told me that ahead of time. -I was expecting them to call me when it was ready but I eventually had to call them to find out it was ready. -On the first day, somebody told me they'd call me back within an hour with a quote. They never did. I called back later. Could have been 5/5 but finding out about the credit card fee when I'm already there was annoying enough to lose a star. It also felt a tad shady the way it was presented. I'm leaving this review in hope to save others some money when they pick up their vehicles.

Chris at Crown Auto was exceptional to say the least. Besides being thorough he was also communicative, and went above and beyond. He was able to diagnose a faulty fuel pump quickly, and to boot stayed late (which he 100% did not have to do) since the part took awhile to show up and completed the repair so we could get the vehicle back on the road. Would highly recommend Crown Auto for your automotive repairs. In a day and age where customer service has been put on the back burner, Chris and his team are still putting out top notch customer service and mechanical work. Can't recommend them enough.

I got a quote to fix the AC in my Volvo from another shop that was so ridiculously high (in the thousands) that I was about to sell the car. I got a second opinion from Crown Automotive and it turned out to be a simple refrigerant leak. After parts and labor it was a little over $300 to fix. They also replaced my fuel pump at a price I thought was fair. These guys won't screw you over! They're the real deal. I highly recommend them.
