Couldn't be happier with my service. Quick efficient and made sure to address any and all issues my vehicle could potentially have. Jason was super helpful explaining my coolant problem and any possible explanations for it. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Which I feel like other places have done alot in the past. By far had the WORST experience. Went in to get a simple oil change they asked if I needed other things done declined when it came time to pay they said my check engine light was on. Let them know if it had just turned on because it was not on when I drove in they said it had been on since when I drove the car which was a lie. When I got in my car to drive away every single warning system light was on brake system, engine, power steering, lane departure, collision and emergency brake every single one and on top of that they didn’t even reset was still saying I needed an oil change. Luckily my brother knows about cars and was able to fix the problem when I got home come to find out they disconnected Mass air flow censor and never connected it again a long with moved other censors that he had to reset the entire system again and overfilled my back rear tire. Save to say we will NEVER be coming back to this place again.

I normally go to Big O tires for the service of cars, due to loyalty of the company. I worked for Big O tires for 3 years, but today I was brushed off at Big O. I came to Jiffy Lube for the service that I was needing before my trip back home to Utah. Larry took us in before the shop was even open. Gave me top notch service, and when it was time to pay for the service, he gave me a $25 off for the online coupon and a free car wash for getting the service done. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Meridian or Boise. I will be back the next time I am here visiting family.

My friend gets oil changes at this jiffy lube all the time, so i went there.Greeted by one of the mechanics fairly quickly. Up scale items offered to me with explanation why I should buy up them. ( wipers and different filters...etc) No pressure when I said no. When it was time to adding up all costs they provided privacy the best they could. They even vacuumed my car. I am a customer and recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.

Excellent service, no waiting (called ahead to check). Larry the manager was pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. My coupon was readily accepted. The car was inspected on multiple points, fluids topped off. Oil was changed quickly. Tire air pressure also was checked, windows cleaned as well. At checkout, I received a printout of all that was inspected and completed. I also received a coupon for a complimentary car wash! The prices posted on the office board for additional services offered seemed very reasonable, I feel confident and satisfied that my car has been well maintained. That level of tenure shows in how smoothly everything runs. During the oil change, they noticed a crack in my windshield, ran my insurance, and had it repaired while the service was being completed. Something I had put off for months was handled seamlessly in a single visit. My daughter has already written a review for this place but she promised to write one for Nick and Grant when she came in more than six months ago to get her headlights replaced. She had questions which they answered completely. She’s telling me to say they had her car purring out the parking lot. That’s all I’m going to say. I’d like to say I really appreciate you guys taking good care of my daughter’s car issues. She always speaks highly of Jiffy Lube and its workers. The left light on her car is already out again, must be a fuse. I’m sure she will be in soon to get the headlight fixed again. But just here to say she loves you guys! Thanks again!
