Much better service to call than walk in. You will be asked to wait while they answer the phones, look things up and check prices. I’ve been in 4 times in 3 weeks. Each visit has been the same experience. Sadly it’s not your Dad’s NAPA anymore.

My daughter's car completely died on her, it just shut down on Eagle rd. Tow truck driver said I bet its the alternator. We called Napa auto parts and spoke to Jason ,he found the right part even though we gave him incorrect info about the car. He had it ready for us to pick up so we could get our daughter back on the road. Wonderful customer service in a timely fashion.

Excellent customer service, takes care of their parts and products so that when you buy them you have excellent results, they care about satisfaction of the customer. They believe that the consumer should have the option to pick their parts quality is an option, good quality may cost more. When they don't have a part and you want them to have it shipped to a store close to your housing, they don't tell you to go into that store and have it shipped there they pull it up on their computer and the location of that store as close to your house and they have it shipped there. Unlike O'Reilly's Auto parts or AutoZone. This would still be why Napa and advance Auto parts are still the leading competitors in the market.

I was purchasing four items here. The clerk scanned them and told me the total. I told him it was not correct and was too high. He said there was no way to check without continuing by swiping my card, so I did. Upon checking the receipt, he had included an additional, different item. He rang up a credit for the error (about $20), but I felt he should have caught it.

Every store I go to the staff if very helpful! They also tend to remember me even though I don't go in very often. Always have the parts I need or can direct me where to go. Online ordering makes it nice and easy as well. They are quick to get the parts to you and even call to confirm your order just a few minutes after placing order! By far my favorite parts store.

We stood in line for nearly 15 minutes and didnt even get acknowledged. Made eye contact with numerous different employees and nobody even welcomed us into the store. By the time we left to Go to the Caldwell location, there were 5 more people on line.

So I took in a pitman arm to order a new one for a 1969 Nova. The counter guy measured the arm and the diameter of the hole to the steering gear box so it would be the right part. Then I'm told it's a special order so there's a 20 shipping fee. I was fine with that because he measured and made sure it was the right part he was ordering. Well it wasn't the right part. The hole diameter was totally not even close to the one the guy measured. So wrong part ordered buy NAPA but they refused to refund the shipping charge. So pretty much their error cost me 20 bucks. Its not the money its the point that they ordered the wrong part and I pay for their error. Sounds fair right? I spend a lot of money on restoration projects and race cars and car repairs for friends and family and I avoid this NAPA . They over charge walk in customer's and their prices are always higher then they should be.

Orval staff extremely rude inconsiderate doesn’t wanna go out of their way to help anybody. I give five stars for horrible service. You can’t even show someone how to use the code reader? Good to know that I have someone’s having a bad day. I’ll try to make it worse. Highly recommend never going here
