I own a 2017 Ford F150 with an extensive amount of miles for the year (out of warranty). My truck experienced a timing chain rattle which needed to be taken care of. I typically have my vehicles maintained at a local repair shop but the one I was using had no idea what was causing the noise. I took my truck in for an oil change and decided to talk to one of their service advisors, Harry Rood. Harry was very professional and took the time to explain the process and options. When I called a few weeks later Harry told me that if I wanted to make an appt then it would be a few more weeks to get the truck in for service. However, he gave me the option of leaving my truck knowing it may be there for up to 2 weeks. I dropped of my truck the next day and didn't expect to not hear anything for at least a week. Next day I get a phone call from Harry. They have diagnosed the issue and will be able to complete the work within 1 week. He then called me again as the work was near completion. This was an expensive repair but I know it was done right and the work is under warranty for 2 years, unlimited miles which is better than if I had the work done by a local shop. The experience I received with Harry Rood at Kendall Service was outstanding with respect to the service I received and the thorough communication while they had my truck!

I took my truck into the Service Center for a Recall, Customer Satisfaction Program and another issue. All of my truck door locks had stopped working and was told they would be covered under a Customer Satisfaction Program when I scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival the tech did not believe all the door locks had stopped working and made me demonstrate it to him. He then stated it was likely something outside the Customer Satisfaction Program causing the issue and made me sign an agreement to pay $200 diagnostic fee if he was right. Turns out he was wrong and it was all part of the Customer Satisfaction Program. He made me feel very stupid by the way he treated me and definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. Glad to have the work done but wish they’d stop assuming and treat people better. Don’t feel like they appreciated my business and would definitely be hesitant about doing business with them again.

I scheduled a recall appointment with one person and she said I was all set but then I called in to confirm and I was told by someone else that we not set at all. So far, Corwin and Kendall are a tie for worst Ford service departments.

I will start by saying the sales team was very friendly and helpful in helping me a secure a loan at a reasonable rate once I added in the extended warranty for an additional $5k. However, ever since purchase it has been nothing but frustration in trying to book a basic "included" servicing of an oil change and tire rotation. I am writing this in hopes that it was some day catch the attention of the management team to consider implementing changes. I have been waiting over a week for someone from servicing to return my call. I've been on the phone and online chat with multiple employees all starting the process, asking me questions about the vehicle only to be told they can not help me and that the service manager or booking assistants would return my call... still waiting. I'm getting to the point of doing the servicing myself or finding another shop that values their customers and has a more streamlined booking procedure.

They also took care of a minor recall and installed my license plates. Garrett was great to work with and made sure I was a happy customer. Love my truck and the liner turned our beautiful!

I'd give this ZERO out of 5 stars if I could. I recently picked up my vehicle from this service department. I refused to pay an asinine amount of money for a simple parts fix. When I picked the car up, I found it odd that my cabin air filter and the box that covers it was placed on my BEIGE carpet floor mats (i.e; new dirt stains I'll have to clean). After towing my car to from dealership to my parents house, it has sat in the garage untouched until today (when I got paid in order to purchase proper parts). When I picked the vehicle up, I found it odd that I wasn't required to pay the $200 diagnostic fee I had originally agreed to pay. Come to find out, I know EXACTLY why that fee was "waived". THE BROKE PARTS OF MY CAR that I am now having to replace on my own. After some examination today, my Father and I determined the fuse box they told me needed to be replaced due to heat damage is now being replaced because the parts and service department broke plastic pieces that CLIP to fusebox cover in place. We also determined the lower piece of the cabin air filter box has a broken connector as well. THIS service department assumed that if they gave a young adult female a waived diagnostic fee that I'd be on my way. I called the dealership livid today wanting to discuss this with someone and will be waiting until Monday to do so because of business hours. I can already guarantee this company will refuse to acknowledge that they BROKE customer property, lied about it, and hoped I wouldn't notice. This company needs to re-educate their technicians on how to handle customer property, and how to admit when they break something instead of attempting to hide it and let the customer take the blame after the car leaves the lot. I knew dealerships were a pain in the backside because all they care about is money and profit margins, but this takes it to the next level. If it can't be resolved with the Service Manager, I will surely be moving onto the General Manager. This crap is absolutely unacceptable and I hope everyone takes the time to read this and take their business ELSEWHERE.

I was referred here by another mechanic for a ford mechanic specific fix. I think they did everything they could here to avoid doing any actual work to my car. They played with my car for a week just to return it to me in the same condition and i’m stranded again. They acted like they did me a favor by only charging me for the “diagnosis.” I would’ve happily paid to find an ACTUAL FIX. What a joke.

Disappointed with the service I received. They weren't very easy to schedule with, then had no rental vehicles available when I specifically asked for one since I have children with me, then they fixed a part under warranty and then when it quit working within 2 weeks, they refused to fix it again and sure enough, right when my warranty expired also. Unfortunate timing and they always tend to talk to me like I'm unintelligent pretty much every time I've been in. I bought my car here 5 years ago and don't think I'll be coming back for my new car. What a shame.

On Monday, October 6, 2025, I had an appointment to have my Ford F-150 serviced for a tune-up and to have the transmission oil changed. However, the only thing they did was change the engine oil because they found other problems. They said they couldn’t do the tune-up or the transmission oil change that day. They asked me to schedule another appointment, and to complete the remaining work I would have to pay about five thousand dollars.

The team tracked down where i was supposed to go, called to make sure I would still make my appointment and even chased after me when they thought I had left my coffee cup behind. A I had the worst experience with their salesman, Daniel Cyr. Dan Cyr is the slimiest and most dishonest salesman I ever met. When I told him we'd like some time to think about it, Dan cursed off my wife and called her racial slurs. He called her the N word because she is mixed race. I then met him this weekend in downtown Meridian outside of Egyptian Smoke Shop Vapes and he gave me the middle finger. Extreme aggressiveness in car salesmen and racism in Idaho are one thing, but Dan went way over the line and should not be employed at Kendall Ford of Meridian or anyplace at all. Z

Had a horrible all around experience from their service department.. and unfortunately the more I talk to people the more I'm hearing that they also share bad experiences with the Kendall Ford shop. Its disappointing, you take your car to the dealership knowing it will be expensive but trusting that you will get the best care for your vehicle and that didnt happen for me at all. A serious issue that should have been diagnosed wasn't, we dont believe one of the services charged for was even done, and when a secondary probelm came up because of something they did replace there was no accountability, calling them asking what can be done just got me sent to different management telling me there was nothing they would do. They got their money and thats all they seemed to care about.

First, I will say that it was very easy to call and schedule an appointment. Unlike the other Ford dealer near my house, Kendall will at least answer the phone. However, after that they didn't seem to be able to deliver. Arrived on the day of my appointment and they didn't have any record of me. This in spite of the fact that I received two text messages offering to valet pick up my truck. I wanted the 120,000 mile inspections and radiator flush. They took me over to their quick lube area where they did eventually find me in their system albeit just my first name and truck VIN. After paying a ridiculous price to have the radiator flushed I found that they actually did none of the 120,000 mile inspections. Overall, not a place I will take my truck back to again.

I will give them Zero out of 5 star if I could. I pick up my Truck on Oct 15 for a parking break issues and they said there has no problem on it only the spring that loose but it should be ok to drive and Tom the service adviser said if I have to fix it I have to order the whole parts which is at least $2500. I told him maybe my extended warranty will pay for the parts. He said he will call my warranty the next day and inform me. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything from him. I bring my truck in the commercial tire and found the issue and they had it replace and fix for $160. Kendall Ford Services Not only they have a bad customer service but they doesnt know how to taking care of there customer. I'm not sure if there service adviser has commission rate but they should do better job not just throwing price of the parts just to earn money out of it. I will never come back in this dealership.

Got a brand new 24 f 150 dec 2024, already has power train issues. App told me what’s wrong and what needed fixed. Service department scheduled me, I drove 1.5 hours to the appointment and was told they didn’t have the part. I was told to come back the following Tuesday at 9. Being a single father with full custody, I asked how long it would take and I was told by Roby it would take 1 hour. I showed up said Tuesday at 9 am, driving 1.5 hours ,and the gentlemen at the desk said I had no appointment, and needed to figure out what was going on, he also offered me a loaner car. Roby came out from behind his desk to inform he my car would not be ready till 3 pm. 6 hours to fix, he began arguing with me and told me it only takes an hour but he can’t get me in until 2. I’m unsure to why I was not scheduled, I’m not sure why I was told 9 if I could not be seen till 2. I cannot get my kids on time, and I was told they have no loaner cars after another associate offered me one. I asked for my keys back and informed the crew id be seeing a different ford dealership and leaving this review. This lit a fire under them and Their best fix was to have me sit until 1 pm , for 4 hours, at which point they could help me. Very unprofessional, not reliable, not accountable. Update: Roby came out at 12:50 to tell me my car was not done, and that they now have a loaner car. I was told the part they ordered was defective and they wouldn’t put a bad part in. After waiting 4 hours and asking for a loaner car, being told there was none, service not being completed on time, a loaner car appeared. To say the least, I feel disrespected, and find a lack of professionalism and honesty at this place. I was given a tiny ford bronco as a loan for my big truck. I have 25,000 motorized wheelchair for my kiddo with cerebral palsy . I told them that the wheelchair would drag on the floor and the mechanics told me that I would be fine. Attached is a picture of the low hanging wheelchair that bottomed out several times during my trip. Update : Wednesday (following morning) service manager called and I was told they never had the part in stock to begin with . I sat from 9-1 yesterday and they didn’t even have the part in stock they claimed to have ordered last week and scheduled me out for Tuesday.service manager claims Robby ready the paper wrong. Nobody is honest here and they definitely don’t know what they are doing, and apparently need to learn how to read .

Michael Gonzalez and the service center team really blew me away this week. I received a level of service that was previously unimaginable to me. They scheduled a driver to come to my home, pick up my Mustang, take it in for some key repairs and returned it right to my driveway where they picked it up, all in the same day. I got my car fixed and I didn’t have to lift a finger or spend any time away from work to get it done. The best part? My vehicle works better now than it has in years. I will definitely think of them in the future when I need repairs or a newer Mustang. Bravo to this business!!
