We had battery trouble on the first day of a cross country move. After an O'Reilly told us the alternator was broken, we were panicking, trying to find a shop that could fix it the same day. Giesler's got us in late notice, correctly diagnosed the problem as the battery and saved us a bunch of time and money. They're very honest and incredibly helpful.

I'm a first time customer. They did a fabulous job replacing my timing chains, guides, gears, water pump, and broken motor mount in my Nissan Xterra. I highly recommend them. The Giesler’s are such a great group! I took my car in for an oil change, and they took the time to look over every aspect of my car to make sure everything’s in good condition. The service was phenomenal, and they were transparent about everything. They ended up replacing my water pump, and the price was very fair. I know they do good work! Thank you Johnny and co! Amazing shop. I was dragging something under my car and was kinda freaking out. I pulled into this shop and Johnny came out and looked under the hood, noticed that the oil pan thingy wasn’t put back correctly from my oil change. He took care of it, not even a flinch. A Lifesaver in a Stressful Moment! I had just left the grocery store with bags of cold food in my trunk when my car battery light came on and it started driving roughly. It was 3:30pm, traffic was heavy, and the temperature was over 100°F. I was afraid to drive all the way home to Kuna, unsure if my car would even make it. I pulled into Giesler’s and was greeted by Johnny with a smile. He immediately made me feel at ease and let me bring my groceries inside to keep them cold. After investigating, he found that my car needed a new alternator. Despite a packed schedule, Johnny said he’d do his best to fit me in. To my surprise, Johnny called the very next morning to let me know my car was ready! I was shocked and incredibly grateful. He greeted me again with a smile and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I felt respected and taken care of. I’ve already scheduled my next oil change and will be going to Giesler’s from now on. Thank you, Johnny, for your kindness, honesty, and outstanding customer service. We were traveling from Colorado when our electric passenger side window was stuck down. We brought our vehicle to Giesler’s talked to Johnny about our window. He took very good care of us. Meridian residents if you need your car repaired go to Giesler’s they are friendly, take the time to listen and very honest. If we lived in Meridian, Gieslers would be our auto repair shop. We got estimates from 2 mechanics that were outrageously high. I was panicked about being able to get my vehicle fixed and Gieslers went above and beyond. They waited for me after closing so that I could drop my car keys off and did the same work that we had been quoted at other mechanics for a fraction of the cost. The almost $4,000 estimates from other mechanics cost us $2,000 at Gieslers. They communicated clearly so I understood everything they were doing and why, and finished the work much faster than I expected. We will only be going here from now on!
