This review was not initially going to go this direction! I was frustrated, I was deeply concerned, and I was not really sure where to turn. I will get to the point… it’s been quite sometime, but there was some work performed at this store, on my wife’s vehicle. And it was not noticed, until having the vehicle serviced elsewhere. We both reached out initially to communicate this, with really poor communication on the stores part. This is where I dropped the ball, and allowed time to pass, without much pursuit. I reached out to other places on getting quotes to repair this problem. The quotes were not cheap! Fortunately, just the other day, I elected to make one more attempt with this Commercial Tire. Rocky picked up, we talked, and made an agreement to bring it in. I finally felt, this is progress. Long story short, he explained some things. Some things and personnel were different there now. He went ahead and took care of it for us! That was a big deal. As someone who works in a similar industry, I understand and sympathize. I’ve made mistakes, and god knows, I have fixed a ton of misdoings by other technicians. Parts and procedures don’t just happen and go together like legos. Things are often complicated, and we’re all human. And today a human answered the phone, and took care of a customer. I was ready to blast these people online, call corporate, and be that ‘wronged’ guy. And even though, you could say ‘they lost’ on my deal, they really didn’t. ‘They won’ a customer. Good job Rocky! i’ve been here for FOUR HOURS for a tire and oil change! they called me before telling me that they got the tires early and i could go in. i then called them back asking how long it would take because i had to leave for work and they said an hour or an hour and a half MAX. after an hour i saw my car sitting in the lot so asked if she was done, Tommy said that they only did the oil change, he then quoted me another hour for the rest. i’m now late for work. i called them again saying i needed it done now or ASAP and Rocky said that he’d have some guys tag team it to get it done in about 45 minutes. i’ve now been sitting here for four hours and they’re still not done. i will NOT be coming here again.★☆☆☆☆ 2 weeks ago

Went to have a screw removed from my tire, thought I’d get a rotation while I was there. There was one car in the bay. They me a quoted an hour for these services. An hour and 15 minutes into it, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with tire. I explained there was a large screw in the tire. At an hour and 45 minutes they came back to tell me they did not rotate tires and that my truck was done. I was excited to know I could get my oil changed, brakes done and tires at this location. I received the vehicle 3 days late and “mysteriously” had a new problem that showed zero issues before dropping it off. The bill for what was approved was $100 more than quoted. I was pulling out of the Starbucks right by this Commercial Tire (Linder &Chinden) when a man stopped me and informed me I had a flat tire. I went over to Commercial Tire to see if they would be willing to air it up. Max came out to help. Max is young. I don’t know how old he is but I wouldn’t be able to say for sure that he’s old enough to drink. This kid was so impressive!! Not only did he efficiently check every single one of my tires with a smile on his face, but he informed me of other options outside of buying a brand new one. AND get this, I asked him if he had Venmo so I could tip him and he said, “I do but that’s not necessary.” He then told me he was just happy to help. I argued a little and said but it’s the holidays and I really appreciate you, please let me tip you. He thanked me but again politely declined and informed me my tires were full and that I was good to go. Max was seriously so sweet, hard working, informative, and just all around impressive!
