I thought the service was great and had a 5 star rating but won’t stand behind their work. Had a car alignment done and it worn down my tires in 1,200 miles. Moved out of state and tried to talk the the manager to sort it out and hasn’t responded. My tires had 3/32 left on the tread but now there is nothing left. They wore down with an uneven wear pattern. Went to get new tires and a new alignment. The alignment that was done was off.

So far so good I haven’t had my car serviced here yet but I’m speaking on behalf of my wife’s car. She needed a right CV boot cover, etc. we took it to two other shops Mitsubishi wanted close to $500 and Rogers tire pros wanted close to $600 for this which sounded outrageous by Schwab did the inspection for free and fix the boot for 243 out the door with tax They have great customer service. She is very happy with the work and we will continue to come here for alignments and suspension issues. Convenient hours too.

I am so very grateful for the people at this store. After having a bad experience at a shop right before, I brought it in to Les Schwab and they actually listened to what was going on and what the root problem was. We talked about the whole issue and they never made me feel incompetent or brushed over me, and even went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in every way. I really appreciate the effort they put into helping me with my wheel bearing and, ultimately, my ABS issues (which was the deeper issue affecting other parts of my car). Always the people to go to to get good customer service and quality work done.

Amazing service! I bought new tires and while traveling over rough roads one of my center caps was lost (somewhere in Wyoming), upon returning, I went to them expecting to have to buy one (my Fuel wheels were bought from them as well) and they ordered a new one at no charge! DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE! They replaced 4 of my tires with what was supposed to be extreme continental, backs ended up being extremes front just regular continentals, even though I paid for extremes. Fast forward 10,000 miles and 2 alignment/balance the front tires are almost slicks. These tires come with a 50,000 mile warranty. Call up Noah at Les Schwab and he tells me it looks like the alignment wasn’t done timely so that caused the tires to bald… all the way across the tire, almost uniform. I swear they get paid more to talk themselves out of replacing tires under warranty. These tires were expensive and I think if both continental and Les Schwab have a warranty on them, it shouldn’t be a fight to make that happen.

This Les swab has on multiple occasions said something was wrong with my vehicle and I would go get a second opinion and it was not true. They have tried to scam me out of my money at 3 times that I can recall. The one on Cole is so much better. I will never take my vehicle to that location again

Service writer seemed to busy on a private call to even acknowledge me and another customer for 9 minutes. His colleague was assisting another customer during this time. Sometimes just a quick acknowledgement has a positive effect when waiting for service. A short time later I was contacted that our RV was ready. After paying $100 to have 4 valve extensions installed and all tires inflated to OEM spec, I was told thank you. I asked for the keys, the photo says all. Quite disappointed to say the least. They tried to make it sound as if removing 2 outside wheels to install the extensions was a tough job? Really? I thought this was what they specialized in?

My girlfriend and I needed to get our back left tire repaired as we had discovered a screw had found its way into the tread. The associate was extremely friendly and helpful, we enjoyed chit chatting with her a bit and the staff was able to fix the tire in less than 15 minutes for free and we were our way! We were very happy with the service we received and the fact Les Schwab did it for free!

This Les Schwab location has completely lost my trust. In my experience, they prey on young adults and women to push unnecessary sales, showing zero integrity in the process. I highly recommend taking your business anywhere else. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience here. If negative stars were possible, this location would more than qualify. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Shame on you!
