Austin was awesome!! He came to me while I was at a Doctor’s appointment for my son. He fixed a rock chip in my windshield in about 20 minutes right there in the parking lot!! He was a lifesaver. So, I was taking a cross country trip for work. Driving through Nashville TN, a lovely man on the highway pulled a gun and shot my window/door as a way of expressing his displeasure over a merge. Any who, Austin of Lucid Auto Glass went above and beyond to arrange for there to be a very hard to come by piece of glass for my van upon my arrival into town. He was communicative, polite, and moreover, a human being. That part I cannot stress enough. Austin was very understanding and maintained great customer service through the process. He was also responsive, communicative and timely. I can’t speak to the quality of his workmanship, but there’s no question this will be the guy I call when I actually have a crack that needs repair.
