Love this place. I went to the location on Adkins in Meridian. They are kind and I got my car in super fast for repair after my estimate. They gave me an estimate date on when the car would be finished and everything was finished way before the date they gave which was a great surprise. My car repair looked like new. I attached a before and after photo. This will absolutely be my family’s go to spot for any repairs from now on.

I brought my car into Caliber Collision after my insurance company recommended them. The passenger side of my SUV had been hit and scratched in a parking lot and the other driver drove off without leaving information. As much as I hated being in that situation, Caliber Collision made the process of getting my car fixed very smooth. First day of contacting them they were able to get my car in for a quote and then I was able to drop off same night so they could start work the next morning. The communication I received from the body shop was amazing, updates all along the way and even got it done earlier than expected.

Caliber Collision impressed me with their communication, efficiency, and customer service, I honestly felt like I was being treated as if I had a VIP pass! Jordan and his team are amazing! Not only was their communication with me very clear and helpful, but also with my insurance company. Everybody was on the same page and understood exactly what was happening and how much it would cost!
