Dishonest from the gate!!! Quoted me 1000.00+ for a water pump replacement. The part is literally 210.00 at the dealership. When I asked why his quote was 500$ more than my 3 other quotes and HE LIED, TOLD ME MY A/C NEEDED TO BE RECHARGED WHEN WATERPUMP IS REPLACED. I called the dealership and this is false.

I was lucky to find this location a couple years ago after my last mechanic made it pretty clear he didn't like working on Hyundai's and I had just got my VT. So I looked at some reviews and checked out a couple of places until I found these folks. I am very, very, very particular about who touches my car. They have an organized shop, prompt service, courteous and sharp. They suggest things that make sense and have always offered reasonable prices with amazing extras, like car wash, shuttle service, fresh popcorn and even seem to have year round food collection for charity. You can tell they have it figure out, that great people and great service, keeps people coming back and I have been pleased with their work. I now take both my Hyundai's there when needed and would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

My first time with Borst and I was nervous. It turned out they were very accommodating and kind. Also it was affordable; I’m retired so that means a lot to me. The place was sooo clean!!! They took me home and picked me up. I hardly had a wait. The icing was they washed my car!!!’ I can’t recall the last time I had it done. Wonderful experience. Their promotion was as promised. I hope they have many more 💕

Good experience as always. Unfortunately my phone had there # blocked ( unsure how I did that) and missed their call when done with my vehicle. Too bad I hadn't slept for quite awhile after a 13 hour night shift, and wasn't feeling like a long explanation. I figured out what went wrong on my end , and all is cool on my end. Sorry if I was a bit grumpy yesterday and thanks for a the great work.

Definitely will be bringing my Nissan Titan truck back anytime I need work done that's outside my wheelhouse. (See what i did there). They were honest and upfront about everything I needed done. There wasn't any pressure in to services I didn't want to get at the moment. Certainly was not like some places you go in and all of a sudden your engine and trany need to be rebuilt. I am really bad with names but the 2 guys in the front Chuck and Don I believe (they sat in the 2 offices in the front area). Thank you guys for not breaking the bank and making sure I am safe to drive.

Got an alignment today after I had new tires put on the car. Enjoyed the free shuttle service while car got serviced. Friendly staff and shuttle driver. Experience has been positive. Will continue to use the service. The waiting room upstairs is very nice. The upstairs viewing area has a good look on the service area so you can see the work being done on your car. Don’t know of another place like that.

If I could give 0 stars, I would; I will not use this place again. I brought the truck in to have emission equipment repaired but also brought in a light bulb because the right low beam was burned out and I was not strong enough to raise the hood to replace it. When I picked up the truck 3 weeks later after catalytic converters were replaced, the right low beam still was out. Tech claimed that both headlights were out so my bulb was used on the left one, but they never told me that! Either they didn't bother to replace it, or took the new bulb which was still in the new packaging so could be given to someone else. I just went to buy a new bulb ($27.99 plus tax) but will still have to find someone to help me raise the hood. I will never use Borst again!

Brought my GLK 350 in for a simple oil change. We told the service advisors and left a note in the vehicle not to wash the car it had just been detailed. The technician tested the front and rear wipers and fluid and got washer fluid all over the car and did not even clean it up. We didn’t ask for a Multi point inspection. Just an oil change. This may seem like a small thing but it’s frustrating when you spend a day Detailing a car. Then take it in for something so simple and this happens.

Borst received my car on Tuesday and it was done the next morning. So service was good. Never had a new alternator put in this car, so I don't know if the price was reasonable. But they were polite and prompt.
