Driver called me and said coolant leaking under truck. Called this guys, they took order and send me work order confirmation massage. Passed 2 hour driver said no mechanic show up yet. When I called them after 2 hour, the guy on the phone told me that roadservice was cancelled for no payment, They asked me give them payment information first and then they can make another work order. Mechanic came after 4 hour. He just connected just 1 collant line and added 3 gallon coolant. It took mechanic 15 min to fix this, charged $886 for work and $153 for coolant. Overcharged.
