Abdul helped me out today with some break works. Had gone to Audi and they let me know I would need 1400 to change my breaks. Sunoco Auto Repair let me know it was just a sensor and did it for 85. Abdul makes sure you only get work that is needed. There was another similar instance where audi told me I needed new shocks and Abdul checked the car for free and let me know they were fine. My car is running great. This will be my new autoshop I will be going to from now on. Thanks again Abdul.

I’ve been living in Brighton for about four years and have been bringing my car here for anything that came up. From radiator issues, brake replacements, tire changes etc., they have been able to help, were trustworthy and very professional. Thank you for your reply！ Since the business has set it so that I cannot reply directly to their response, I am updating my original review to clarify a few points: 1. When I brought the car in, I clearly stated that I wasn’t sure what the issue was and needed a professional diagnosis. Before the repair, I was never told that “replacing the brakes was the only solution” or asked for my approval. 2. Replacing parts without informing me or getting my consent beforehand is unacceptable. A responsible repair shop should communicate with the customer before performing costly repairs, not just present a bill afterward. 3. While the shaking issue improved, this doesn’t change the fact that the parts were replaced without my consent. When I questioned the bill, I initially didn’t receive a clear explanation, and only after my boyfriend and a friend arrived did your attitude change. 4. Regarding the “free replacement of old brakes,” you told me I could have the old parts put back, but I’d have to pay a $200 labor fee. This is not the same as a “free replacement” and is misleading. 5. I’m happy to provide the photos, as the brake pads are still thick, and any professional would know they didn’t need to be replaced. This situation could have been resolved with a sincere apology, but it wasn’t! I’m very disappointed. If you believe the surveillance footage can prove your claims, feel free to provide the evidence. I stand by my position and hope this review helps other consumers ensure they fully understand the repairs and costs before agreeing.

I brought my brand-new car here for a state inspection on its second day. During the service, I witnessed the technician performing checks inside the vehicle in a highly unprofessional manner. The main issue: Instead of sitting properly in the seat, the technician straddled or perched on the side/bolster of two front seats while working. As it was a new car, I inspected it carefully afterward and confirmed that this improper positioning caused visible creasing and indentations on the seat's leather/upholstery. A professional service provider should train its staff to respect and protect a customer's vehicle, especially the interior. A state inspection does not require working in a way that risks damaging the seats. This incident shows a significant lack of attention to detail and basic customer care. While the mechanical inspection might have been fine, this disregard for customer property means I cannot trust their professionalism. I will not return and would caution other detail-oriented car owners to consider this before visiting.

Incredibly honest, professional, trustworthy, and responsive shop. After experiencing continued issues following a major engine repair at a shop further away (rear main gasket blowing), they checked my out car twice and were so straightforward about the issues they were seeing. Even though they could have easily tried to charge me for extra work, they recommended that I go back to the original mechanic and even sent a video showing that the issue was persisting. They also offered to help speak to the other mechanic about what they were seeing. I cannot recommend this shop enough!
