After going here to get my car fixed, I have made the easy decision to not go anywhere else when I need anything automotive related! The staff here is beyond helpful and all easy to talk to. I know little to none about cars, but the mechanics made it easy for me to understand what exactly was going on with my vehicle. Came in twice for two different problems, and was able to be fit in the schedule soon after the first visit, both times receiving ideal service. Has a very nice and open waiting area where I was able to sit at a table and study while sipping on complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. Would recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone/everyone in search of automotive services!!

Boubin has earned my business over the past year because they always resolve any issues I have on my vehicle in a timely manner, and pricing is extremely fair. They have also earned by business for many other reasons. Their customer service is immaculate, as they are professional, respectful, and quick to help you out in any way possible. What can I say, I was recommended to take my truck to them by Sadler Truck Parts out by the airport and I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job rebuilding my rear differential and servicing my transmission. The pricing was very reasonable and they even gave me a veteran discount. The team at Boubin is top notch and the dealer just lost a customer and they gain two because my wife will go here too.

They do a great job, but I went in for a oil leak fix. They replaced the timing cover gasket. I still was having leak issues afterwards. I took my vehicle to another auto shop Dan Deery for the same issue. They advised me that the leak can’t be fixed due to the age of the car. Boubin never told me that, but still went on to charge me for it knowing that it wouldn’t be fixed. This created trust issues for me. Of course they do a great job, but this occurrence is like a red stain in the carpet.

Did an amazing job replacing my complete suspension system! 1500$ spent amazing saved me about $800-$1000 dollars. My truck drives amazing. I will DEFINITELY be bringing my car also to get the entire front end done. Trustworthy, super fast, respectful, very communicable. No bad review here. You guys are awesome thank you. Only thing is say is wipe the grease/oil off the door and steering wheel after finishing. ;)

They are so awesome! I was traveling to my family the day before Thanksgiving and my car started making a terrible noise. I pulled into the Target right by them to see if I could figure it out. Well I had a feeling to check them out. I looked online to see if they were open and saw the good reviews. I walked in knowing it might be a long shot, but they said we will see if we can fit you in. After some waiting they fit me in and not only figured out what was wrong but were able to fix it same day. Now I know it’s not something they would probably be able to do everyday, but instead of turning me away in their busy schedule they made an effort to fit me in.
