Older pumps and usually had comparable prices to other stations in the area. Easily visible from Gammon Road. Not in very good neighborhood.

They say they are open at 6 but I walked a half mile in 1 degree wether to get there at 6:46 and noone was there and the doors were locked, I called at 7 and someone answered so someone needs to be fired. Immediately

Don't go here... no receipt given at pump... rude cashier... refused to allow me to pay for my drink with multiple dollar bills.... insisted I used coins... when I did, that individual did not give me all my change back... one of most bizarre situations I have had buying a cold drink at a gas station...

The worker Area is so unprofessional, disrespectful, and just a rude human being. He has absolutely no respect for his customers, not sure how he still has a job. Don't ever go there to get gas or anything.

No water in the squeegee bins; I asked for a receipt but the pump was out of paper; I had to watch commercials while pumping my gas. Next time I'll just wait for a space at the Woodman's station to open up.

The car wash STILL does not work. It went through some of car wash cycles, not all, for the $11 extreme car wash but no dirt was removed. Did not feel any undercarriage car wash and no blower at the end. The store manager was rude and blamed the car for being dirty.

Looks like this is now a Citgo. I assume this can only be a good thing! Unfortunately PickNSave Fuel Perks are no longer redeemable here. Look like they do have a Citgo loyalty program.

Sign reads 6am opens when its feels like 615/630 or 7 tons of homeless people just hanging out parking lot full of trash.... place is a dump should be condemned go to woodman's gas station nxt store 1000% better how is this place still open??? Obviously BP CAN CARE LESS so when they reply to your reviews 🙄 its a joke

What a dump. Would only let me pay at pump even though pay inside was printed everywhere. Stood outside for 10 minutes, no guidance from worker. Needed a quick car wash, DON'T DO IT!! Mediocre at best but walls are covered with green algae.

Would give no stars if I could . Horrible costumer service. Went in to buy gas and small candy . He only charged me for the candy when I had also asked for gas. He was watching a movie at the desk and yelled at me and said next time look at the screen . I usually don’t make reviews but this was the worse I’ve had in my life . There’s always something bad happening like 90% of my previous visits.

SCAM ALERT - there "vacuums" are scams! They will eat $2 of your quarters and then the staff will be rude and refuse to give you your quarters back! This happened to me and one other person (using a different vacuum) in the time I was there, so I wonder how much money they are stealing every day!? The attendant told me to call the 1-800 # on the vacuum to get my money back but, lo and behold, THERE IS NO NUMBER ON THE MACHINE. I then came back in, asked the attendant and she gave me the # to a manager WHICH WENT RIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Got a car wash with my gas purchase. Of course receipt didn’t print. Go inside and the attendant says he can’t do anything about it at the moment, and tries to have me call a number the next day. Will never stop here again. Terrible costumer service and will be driving a little further out of my way for the local Kwik Trips in this area.

Just not a great place for many reasons. People begging for money as you walk in, no beer, dirty, and just a place to avoid if possible. It doesn't even feel safe for customers or even the employees.

Most disgusting car wash I’ve ever been in in my life. Dirt, algae and mold line the walls on the inside. There is absolutely no dryer so my car left dirtier than when I came. Total waste of $10 now I have to take my car to a different wash just to get the filth off from this one!

No bathroom. Do not recommend. Updated earlier post after they replied which I think is respectful, so updated to two stars. I think gas stations without bathrooms are the worst, so still do not recommend.

Hours are a decent time, but the cashier is always distracted or rude. Most times the technology will be blamed on user error on the employees side to make the customer feel stupid.

The cashier is very rude‼️don’t know if he was having a bad day or the job is not for him.He seem very stress like he going to physical fight a customer.I seen him aggressively throw cigar packs back on shelf after the customers didn’t have they ID or didn’t have enough money to pay.And the cashier accused me of opening a item.I try to return for another kind of the same item.Yes I walk out after my purchase, In 3sec I changed my mind and came right back to return the item for different kind.The sealed was not broken!!But if I will have returned the same energy.He will have continued to argue with me.He could just said I would have return it, but sales are Final once you walk out the store with that particular item.I will have respected that then he being sassy with me.I get it! It’s a difficult job dealing with customers.But it’s a certain way you talk to people and represent the company you working for..If I see his truck park,I will just go to other gas station.

Man who owns the place is extremely rude and has no respect. I asked for a receipt and car wash code because one of his gas pumps had no paper. He yells at me after I get my receipt and I asked "where's the car wash code" saying "READ THE BOTTOM LINE WAKE UP SIR WAKE UP" Totally unprofessional what a joke.

Please assume this car wash isn't working and go anywhere else. I had a similar experience today as others have written about previously. I used the car wash only, paid $10 cash in the automatic machine, did not get a receipt, and when I drove in, the car wash was out of soap. So my car got sprayed with dirty water for five minutes before I could drive up to the register, where the attendant gave me a phone number to call, then refused to give me a reimbursement without a receipt, even though I heard the manager tell him to do so. He complained about it for five minutes before he gave me the reimbursement, and made me give him my phone number just in case. I just don't hope people driving through Madison stop here and get a bad impression of our city.
