$6 for a "deluxe wash" leaving my car with more scratches then what was there before and a fair amount of there it's still left along my lower door and rocker panels. What's the point in having an automatic car washer when it can't even perform at human levels correctly.

I bought 2 propane bottles from this BP station. I tried both bottles, but my gill would not get hot enough to cook food. The company that sells the gas has a 100% return guarantee, but the manager of the station would not take back my bottles. He pointed out that I had purchased them several weeks ago, even though they were full, and that nobody else has complained. He refused to take the bottles back. I'll admit, I do not choose my gas stations based on customer service, but I feel that any company that does not stand by their products is suspect. I called the propane company and they said it would be no problem to take the bottles back to any gas station that sells their products...except, apparently, the BP station at 924 E Michigan Ave in Saline.

I would always stop by this gas station on my way to or from work at least twice a week. Got my car washed there once a week as well. Great guys that work there and good service every time I’m in and out.

This is the worst gas station / car wash. They were friendly till I had an issue with car wash not doing it's job. I asked to run through again he told me no. Then I asked for a refund since nothing was clean, again he said no and asked me to leave. I wish saline has a better selection of car washes.

Touchless car wash that does a better job than traditional rotating brushes car wash. There is no channel for the tires that you need to aim for when entering the car wash, so you just enter the car wash and wait for the magic to begin. A con is that if you have a car or an SUV with hatchback, the rear window does not clean up well and some soapy water stays stuck on the glass.

I got the "delux" wash through their automatic car wash, drove to work, and noticed that it did not clean my under carriage like it was supposed to. I called the store and spoke with who I presume was the owner or manager over the phone. I explained the issue to him and he said that if I came back in the next few days, he would remember my call and give me a free wash. I came in the following morning and the clerk was very dismissive and sort of rude. He told me that if I had a problem yesterday evening, I should've came back yesterday evening. I'd like to give a big shoutout to you guys for wasting my money and, more importantly, my time. You can be assured that I will not be coming back unless this is addressed.

This by far always gets my car clean and stays clean for awhile because I get the Best wash !! It makes the rain and snow bead up off the paint and windshield for more than just a regular wash does. I am a forever customer here !!!

Very very disrespectful worker today. The man working the counter today was smoking his vape in the store and blowing the smoke in customers faces we were one of those customers hes lucky i didnt go off on him i has bad asthma anf other people are allergic to smoke. He should be fired. Someone could have had a asthma attack and died. He had no care in the world when he puffed and blew his smoke all in everyones faces.

Regular Car Wash didn't even come close to removing typical road dirt/debris. The attendant said I had to purchase the "best" wash for that. A basic car wash anywhere else will clean my car... won't be coming back

Car wash is OK for a touchless. Unfortunately when I'm leaving it leaves soap residue around the edges of the window which needs to be wiped off. So it's best that you bring a towel with you if you want to get all of it off. $9 for the best wash and if you go inside they will give you a punch card after 3 washes you get a free one which works out to be a pretty good deal. Employees are friendly store has just about everything you need from a gas station.

I got gas here every month for years. It's easy to get into and has good gas. The car wash they have is really nice too. It's only a few dollars for the basic wash and as long as there isn't a huge line you can get in and out in just a few minutes. They have some fancy options for the wash which I've never tried but the basic is just as good for getting a nice shine in a hurry.

Their gas pumps have TV screens that shout at you and try to advertise to you while you're trying to put flammable liquid into your car. Bad.

Just bought bagged snacks there and they were VERY expired. Tried to call them so they could pull them off the sales floor but no one answered. Tried the contact corporate but could not figure it out. My daughter started gagging when she ate them. They were all more than a year expired. Check your dates at this location!!! Including one photo fir proof.

The don't offer any new flavors of Furreal shakes and Smoothies in the machine and they never have Mello Yellow in stock anymore. All that aside it's a nice clean place for a quick stop.

*This is for the bp station at 777 W. Michigan Ave. in Saline. (There are 2 bp stations in the Saline area.) I stopped to fill my car, today on my way home from work. The pump was glitchy- kept turning off again and again- so I applied minimal pressure until I had enough gas to at least get to and from work tomorrow, & then gave up and decided to get more gas later in the week, because it was so frustrating. The pump read $15.07. Then I got in my car and started driving home, only to notice the gas guage hadn't budged. No gas had actually gone in my tank. I went back and interrupted the kid in the station from his scrolling, telling him what happened. His response? "Well, if that happened, it'd be the first time I ever saw it-" as if I'd make it up. I said, "You can go try the pump, yourself." He says, "I wouldn't have anything to put the gas in" (as if any gas would be coming out). I said I'd be happy to drive my car over to the pump, and he can use my car to put the (nonexistent) gas in. Again, he implies it just isn't possible that the pump could read that 4 gallons had been dispensed, because, hey, in his 18 years he'd never seen such a thing. He said if I wanted my money back, I'd have to come back on Friday and speak to his manager. I asked for the manager's name and number, and alpha Bro Jr. said, "He doesn't like me to give it out." I asked him to tell the Mr. Anonymous Manager I would never buy gas there, again, and I'll make sure no one in my family does either. Worse than lousy "customer service;" & very sketchy management. No wonder it's never busy, there.

Faulty vapes are sold here and you cant get a refund or a replacement from them so be wary. Have to wait a day to dispute with my bank vs simply getting a refund from them.
