Unfortunately my experience at this establishment was not very good. I brought my car here to be repaired and was constantly told different dates when my car would be ready, however, it was never ready on that date and I was not notified. Evan Dowling was assisting me and he was somewhat helpful but I aslways had to reach out via email and/or by phone and 8/10 times I did not receive a reply. Leading me to have to call the shop instead of his direct line. Fortunately, Curt was able to help me out and get my car returned, even though it took more time than expected. I completely understand delays, I know there's a lot of factors that go into repairing a vehicle. However, I think the least that could be done is to let the customer know that. They did a fairly good job on my car but the customer service was pretty bad, which is why I'm giving them a 2/5.

Took my car in to get fixed, told me it would be 4-5 weeks. At the 5 week mark they kept saying my car would be ready tomorrow for a week straight. I had to keep calling to check on the status of my car. I'm going on 6 weeks without my car. Communication needs to be better.

The day I got my car back, the check engine light came on. I went back to the dealership to have them check it out and resolve it. A component in the catalytic system was failing at 35k miles. Their resolution was the charge me $500 to take care of a part that was failing when they sold it to me.

I had my Ram repaired at Suburban Collision in Ann Arbor. The work was perfect, and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

This shop has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with auto body. First, they kept my car four days longer than what was projected. They did not contact me to relay this delay. I had to contact them. Second, when I arrived, I paid and while my payment was being processed I went to check out the work. They didn’t complete the work! They had me pay and didn’t communicate that they had to order a part. They also didn’t give me any documentation. Patrick, who claimed to be the supervisor, had no reason for being shiesty and not communicating to me the work wasn’t done and a part was in order! They had my car for weeks and did not communicate with me whatsoever, only to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready when I did! Third, the work they did do is really, really bad. They scraped my clear coat on my hood and the door they replaced is absolutely not Mercedes standard. It’s hollow. When I knock on it, it pings. I brought this to Patrick’s attention. He acknowledged it and didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. He shrugged it off, as if the bad work is not his problem. I am highly, highly unhappy with the attitude of this shop, the lack of business etiquette, and the incredibly poor workmanship. I do not recommend this shop.

I had my car repaired about 4 months ago (late leaving a review) following a hit & run accident at end of September (no frame damage & no airbag deployment). I had an overall great experience and valued the check-ins from my body shop estimator, Curt Moore. He was also great with education and answering my questions early on. I went into this process just understanding that whatever timeframe they gave me for repair plan, I added on an additional 2-3 weeks in order to account for delays, backorders, etc as it is bound to happen in this industry. There were times of frustration, but I just had to remember they are doing the best that they can considering the delays, backorders, etc that happen with ensuring quality parts and repairs. Communication of checking in when they had started the process and other delays, I would have liked to be more frequent versus myself calling to ask for updates. But I had to be patient and respect the process. I was also pleased that when I did get my car back and there was a slight issue with the area repaired, that they had me bring the car back in and rectified it immediately. Overall, great experience at Suburban Collision Center of Ann Arbor would definitely go back. Thank you.

Evan in Collision is amazing to work with. He’s extremely detail oriented and communicated throughout the entire process. I never felt like I needed to monitor anything closely because he stays on top of things. He’s helped me with two different cars, including a luxury car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to him and Suburban Collision should I need anything again the future.

I went here to have the brakes and rotors replaced on my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. The total cost of the service was $1,500, a significant investment for me. Following the brake and rotor replacement, I noticed two significant problems: a persistent, high-pitched squeaking noise every time I applied the brakes, and extensive surface rust on the new rotors. Concerned about these issues, I contacted the shop's customer service representative and requested a mechanic's inspection. The mechanic's assessment was that the rust on the rotors was "normal." This response was unsatisfactory, so I escalated the issue to the service manager. The service manager personally inspected my vehicle. He saw the rust on all the rotors and, despite my concerns, stated that, the rust were normal occurrences. He indicated there was nothing further the shop could do to address these issues. He is not even interested to properly talk to me further. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at. Spending $1,500 on brake service, I expected a high-quality repair that would resolve any existing brake issues and result in quiet, rust-free operation. Instead, I now have a vehicle with squeaking brakes and visibly rusted rotors, a clear indication of either faulty parts, improper installation, or both. Given this experience, I have lost confidence in this shop the ability to provide competent and reliable service, and I will not be returning as a customer. I request a review of this service and a resolution to the problems I'm experiencing.

Nick at service is the best person I have ever done business with in my entire life! Even if I move away from Ann Arbor I will make the drive for him. He is absolutely amazing and he made my experience a 12/10.

I have to say I hate going to buy a new car pushy salespeople. But not here. I was greeted told them when I needed them I would call them and when I did it was great. The transaction was smooth they were very honest. Everyone was friendly from the sales person to the finance people to the receptionist. I would highly recommended them and will buy my next car from them.

Do not buy a used car from this company they will lie about servicing the vehicle and Reporting any problems wrong with the vehicle. Purchased a used pickup truck. Salesman told me they had changed the oil in vehicle. Don't think that was done as oil was dirty and then they never reported oil leaking from both turbos on pickup truck. Tried to talk to salesman (Joey) basically stating the problem was on the buyer. Attempted to contact used car manager never returned any calls. Do yourself a favor go buy a used car somewhere else.

STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE BUYING USED CARS HERE Drove an hour to check out a used 2016, and almost all the issues I found in person were conveniently left out of the online photos. The windshield was cracked to the point it blocked the driver’s view, the driver’s seat was broken (and the sales rep said he “wasn’t sure if they could fix it”), and the check engine light was on. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

*******2/2******** Last time I was able to speak to Mr Abdul Levy was on friday, January 30th by email which he requested to have a phone call on next monday Febuary 2 to try finding a solution to this issue. Last time I reached out to the dealer was on Monday, Febuary 2nd to try reaching Mr Abdul since the call he requested to make was never made, but I was met with another Manager who's atutude was not the greatest and who explained Abdul was at a meeting but would reach me out next day (never did). This other manager requested an explanation of what was going on but when I did his attitude got really defensive and hostile, because after my Lesor sent me the documents she recieved I understood what was the main issue: On her RD108 it says Agreed purchase price $10,800 but on the RD-108 given to me at the completion of sale said $11,099. Where did that came from ? Well, there was a fee called Recon fee of $299 that was never mentioned to me during the agreement time nor in Cars.com that they charge you for preparation and detailing of the vehicle (the only thing different from January 21st to January 22nd in the vehicle was that they placed on the winter carpets that where on the trunk, the stains where still there), and that recon fee was added to the agreed price of vehicle and from that they charged the taxes etc. Once I explained this to the other managers on the phone he stated that it was not their responsibility what gets published in Cars.com because It is a third-party platform as if no one on the dealership is responsible of posting the Adds, IRONIC. (All this has been recorded). Well, as of today, I have not recieved any emails, calls, so I decided to make this review and make a formal complaint to the State. A week after purchase I had to replace the thermostat.

I would highly recommend buying a car from this auto dealer. I have had nothing but good experiences in dealing with them. Drew is the sales representative that sold me my car, a Kia Rio. He not only handled the sale efficiently but also handled the car insurance and title. Drew went above and beyond when I needed minor details fixed on the vehicle, he even ran it through the car wash on several occasions, which is really nice especially in winter when there is a lot of salt on thr roads. Ask for Drew if you are considering buying a car from this dealer, he will give you good service.

IT FEELS SO DISSAPOINTING HAVING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW ******1/2****** On January 21st I came into the dealership interested on a vehicle who's listing I found on Cars.com. The vehicle seemed in really decent conditions and did not described any mechanical issues, so I decided to go take a look. Went from Grand Rapids to Ann Arbor to see the vehicle and test drove it and well, my initial thought was that the vehicle showed more damages than presented on the post, an ambient light was not working, needing new tires, the carpet was stained, the cealling was stained, but nothing too impossible, so I though 'let me toss' if not I had a couple more options, so I wasn't worried about it much. After a couple minutes and some negotiation we came into an agreement with Abdul Levy for a purchase price of $10,800. We closed on that pricing, they requested to give a $500 hold deposit on the vehicle on site do I did and where told by our sales guy Ian that well, our personal lendor will recieve the RD108, the final sales paper and that we could just return the next day and close the deal, the vehicle will get its final detailing touches and that was about it. Next day, January 22, my lendor had to contact them repeatedly because they sent the lendor information wrong on the RD108 so they sent her an RD108 twice with information updates, because they messed up, after that was corrected the leasor proceeded with making the check and handled so I could go and complete the purchase. When I get to the dealer I get recieved by my salesman Ian, he reviews the check, says that everything looked good, handled me the contract, I sign everything **NO MATTER HOW MUCH TRUST SOMEONE PROJECTS NEVER SIGN A THING WITHOUT READING IT** and then he proceeded to leave to take the check to the department thats incharge of all the payment process etc. After a couple minutes he comes back with a reciept but said my Bank's check was made short, and that $316 dollar needed to be removed from my $500 dollar hold deposit to complete the purchase. We asked how this could be possible and well he presented FINALLY the final sales paper that included fees and taxes that made the total from $10,800 to $12,xxx but since it was the bank's error they should refund me. I felt I little ripped off about this but decided I will speak to my lessor. When next day I spoke to the bank, they explained that the RD-108 document is the official document that states the Total Purchased Price on it's totality after tax, and that the check was made from the Total Purchase Price that the RD-108 that was sent to her TWICE stated. When I mentioned this to Iann Dull and Abdul Levy they state that the RD108 they send to the bank was only for her to see the Leasor Information but that the total Purchase Price she had to make the check for was from the other document they sent her (the final sales paper), so that she was incorrect. After many back and forths and investigating about the situation I understood that legally the RD-108 is indeed the correct document and that any mistakes on this document made by the Dealership will go under their responsability and that any changes on this without noticed should be ruled out and be viewed as Invalid. Last time I was able to speak to Mr Abdul Levy was on friday, January 30th by email which he requested to have a phone call on next monday Febuary 2 to try finding a solution to this issue. ****** 2/2 NEXT *******
