After taking my car to a few other shops for a misfire code that couldn't be diagnosed, Lenny saved the day by not only figuring out what was wrong but fixing it within two days. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, why it might have been missed by other mechanics, and was just so kind and helpful the whole way through. I know older cars can be a pain to work on, but Lenny stepped up and helped me out and was so transparent about the process. Lenny @ Braasch really went above and beyond. I had a miserable experience with my BMW's battery dying in the middle of the road and basically blocking both lanes of traffic. Police came out and tried to help me out, but nothing we tried would work. They call Braasch and Lenny was out there really quickly. He tried to jump it and nothing would start it back up. The car wouldn't even shift into Neutral so it could get onto the flatbed. Lenny took the time to go back to his shop and get a more powerful battery charger. Even that didn't work. He took the time watching videos online until he found out how to get it into Neutral even though it wouldn't start. He showed me what to do to get the shifter to work and it did. Then hooked it up and towed it about 200 yards back to my place and helped me push it into the parking. Overall it was was a horrible night made better because Lenny went above and beyond to get my car out of the road. It was a very fair price I was charged for as long as he was out there. Highly recommend using them if you're in a bind and need a tow.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this operation and its operators, Jenny & Lenny. Our truck broke down with camper in tow on our way back to Maryland and they were so kind, caring and doing their best to find and fix the problem so they could get us on our way again. We did end up staying an extra day, but after figuring out the issue as quickly as possible, they were able to help us avoid extra expenses of renting a vehicle, storage space for the camper, unexpected lodging for the weekend, etc. We're so grateful for all of their help and expertise. We highly recommend Braasch Automotive, and if we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would! THANK YOU for everything!

I will never take my car anywhere else! Lenny & Jenny have been a godsend. Lenny is by far one of the most knowledgeable auto guys I have ever met. He really cares about the vehicle but more importantly he cares about you. He wants to get you back on the road in a safe running vehicle. Hes not trying to become a millionaire. I took an SUV here recently for repair work based on the Google reviews I read about their service (and the fact that they read and respond to the reviews). I have to say they were great to work with at every step. Lenny explained the needed repairs and kept in contact with me as the parts were delivered and the car repaired. It was an insurance claim and Lenny worked with the insurance adjuster to get additional parts that were not part of the estimate but that he believed were needed to make the correct repairs.
