This has happened, 1st visit. Tried to get it to align. Failed so set toe. Customer leaves with vehicle, believing its aligned. Yet while observing the techs converse n discuss something amiss on alignment, techs decided to set toe-in adjustment let customer leave with questions. Was given print out for another vehicl. Nevertheless started investigating where the tech obviously had issues. Found mechanic that installed new parts had upper control arms wrong side. Customer personally corrected part miss match. Return to BC paid for 2nd alignment, never considered any warranty thought at all. So 2nd alignment was completed, now vehicle still not right n was told vehicle has chassis creaking. (Didnt when it arrived) still drives poorly and toe-in was set at .10 (factory spec 3.7-3.7) returned for 3rd trip to BC and was denied service on 2nd alignment adjustments that were released out of factory spec and vehicle still drives terribly. When it has never driven this poorly, ever. Tire are being wore with each mile driven.

I was in town on a work trip and had some down time. I needed an oil change and was hearing my breaks squeak a bit so I decided to ask them to check out my breaks along with the oil change. Johnathan seemed knowledgeable, and there were several good reviews on Google so I followed his direction when he recommended new pads and back rotors and I paid $700 to do so. When I first drove away, there was a terrible scraping/squeaking noise from one of the back tires. The guys handled it quickly and acted as if it was no big deal and just a loose piece. Everything seemed okay when I left town and I originally left a 5 star review. Now I’m in Dallas and my not only are my breaks squeaking more than they were before, but there is a sound that continues while I am driving. I’m sick to my stomach about it because I trusted the team and paid so much money to do what I thought was simple maintenance. I take pride in my car and driving around with all the squeaking is incredibly embarrassing. This location is 2 hours away from me and there are no other franchises close to me. I am absolutely sick. *Update: One month after install and my rotors are already rusted.

About a month ago or almost a month I brought my car here for my spark plugs and they did an awesome job. They showed me the coil that were worn out. So I decided to get them replaced since I was getting 4 new spark plugs. And now today, I am glad they showed me my AC filter that was dirty and needed to be replaced as well.

I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine brake service and subsequently discovered that the coolant reservoir had been damaged during the visit. The technician indicated that the facility is equipped with cameras and stated that the footage would be reviewed to determine whether any improper handling occurred. I did not receive any follow-up communication from this location. Upon contacting corporate, I was informed that the cameras do not record, contrary to what was stated at the location. Corporate declined to accept responsibility for the damage. My vehicle had no damage when I brought it into the shop, but when I picked it up, there was damage that had not been there before. This was very disappointing and affected my overall experience.

I didn’t even know this place existed. I went next door to get my low tire checked and it was going to be 2-3 hour wait. I parked in this parking lot to see what I can do elsewhere. The gentleman came to my car right away and after discussing what I needed, he said I can put your car in next to fix the tire. I was out in 1-1/2 hours and when I asked what was the charge, he said enjoy the rest of your day and Happy Thanksgiving. I was in shock! Great service. I made note and will definitely be going there from now on.
