Great service and inspections. I've been going here for the last couple years as my local oil change service and inspection shop. Great team, very friendly and professional. Helpful for reviewing cyclical maintenance and fixing minor things for inspection faults. I look forward to my next oil change with the team.

Horribly slow unresponsive service. The last two times we have gone it has taken over two hours for what should be a 20-30 min oil change. The crew literally has no sense of urgency. Add a metric for throughput based incentives and maybe they’d move faster. Will not be going back.

I stopped in for inspection last year and had a rear lamp on my Mercedes C300 that had to be replaced. They told me to order it and they would install it. They did just that and only charged a small fee. My car dealership was going to charge almost $500 to fix it. Kwik Kar is the place to go. The staff is exceptional. Thanks to all of you.

Service here is deplorable and threatening at best. Thoroughly mismanged and inefficient. The “manager” right off the bat upsales to the wipers and without even looking at the vehicle says without new ones it will not pass inspection. Definitely unethical! A 20 minute oil change turned into a 2 hour ordeal. I feel for the staff as the manager has absolutely no sense of work flow management. Having a staff of 3 run between 3 bays each two cars deep, with 2 vehicles waiting behind each of those, all being serviced at once is serious cause for concern. This is madden chaos at best.

Love to lie about them not causing an oil leak even showed em it's leaking and that you HAVE TO USE A CRUSH WASHER ON MY CAR! they even come with the oil filter.... Like stop being lazy and I even bought a whole new drain plug to save them time that comes with a new crush washer if they don't have any here never again will I get my oil changed here Update: took it up there still not fixed after they told me it doesn't have a leak well guess what it still has a small leak around the drain plug like I said it does....

The service here is great. I came in for a oil change and was in and out in a timely manner. I came back for a tune up and they took good care of my car. I have no complaints so I will continue to give them my buisness and recommend here for your car services.

I did not bring my vehicle in for service today; however, my daughter brought hers in. Please remember to check emails & phone numbers of customers to ensure You're dealing with & asking for input from the correct person. I received a copy of her receipt as well as this rating questionnaire instead of her. Thank you.

A quality place with great customer service. I do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles, but I use this location for state inspections. It is fast and convenient. Others in the waiting room getting their vehicles worked on seem very pleased with the service as well. Its an honest shop that will not try to push unnecessary repairs on you. They may suggest something, but politely back off when it is refused.

Great crew of folks. Went in for an oil change. Had to wait a bit to get started as they were busy, but once they got to my car, it was done in almost no time. When I specifically asked about the air filter, the service tech gave me an honest answer rather than trying to sell me in things I didn't necessarily need today. He brought me the dipstick to show me it was cleaned and replaced. When I got back in the car, they had cleaned up the inside and even found my husband's aviator glasses he'd been looking for (extra thanks from him for that!). Highly recommend these guys!!

DO NOT GO HERE My car is staying over night due to the lack of communication of the technicians. Due to the overtightening of my oil pan bolt now instead of $150 oil change I am paying double because of their carelessness. They chose not to enforce the use of a tool to ensure that the bolt is not being overtightened instead they don't want to avoid this whole problem. Still they expect me to pay for parts that are required to fix what they broke! Save yourself the money and the constant back-and-forth with the manager who will do nothing to fix the situation. I don't mind paying for the oil change, which is what I came for what I did not come to pay for are broken pieces and having to spend more money they should be covering. This sounds a little too familiar from all the other reviews where people bring their cars and they have more issues after.

I have been going to Kwik Kar for years now and was always pleased with their service. However, I have noticed the last two times that I've gone to have my oil changed, they are pushing to sell services & products that consumers do not need. Today, they tried it again, and again I declined. But I also needed a state inspection, and they would not pass it stating that I needed new wipers. I had just watched another of their employees do the same thing to another customer before me who was also in disagreement that he needed new ones.... but they wouldn't pass the inspection without, and they had already put in the system that they were needed and once they do that, you can't go somewhere else to get a different inspection. I am 100% certain that my wipers were fine because I just used them the other day & had no issues. The manager caught wind of my frustration and proceeded to offer me a $15 discount on the oil change------THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RECEIVED ON MY LAST OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I AM PART OF THEIR LOYALTY PROGRAM. Nothing frustrates me more in life than people being taken advantage of.... especially when times are so hard right now for so many of your average consumers. The manager was very respectful and professional, and I do appreciate that, but that doesn't change that they are being a bit scammy with all of their customers. They also forgot to put the oil change sticker on my windshield. UGH!

I went to inspect my vehicle and left that place with a horrible experience. My vehicle is in optimal condition, and to my surprise, the lady who assisted me used her power to sell me a windshield cleaner that I didn't need. With a threatening attitude, she indicated that the wiper was not suitable or something like that. The illogical thing was that the 'wiper' was indeed working, and the establishment offers 'wipers' for sale. That was disguised theft.

Let me start off by saying the manager is really nice. However, each time I take my car here it leaves with something else wrong with it. I took it in for an oil change and expressed to them that I only wanted the oil change done because I’m planning on getting my 60k mile service done at my dealership and I’m already planning on coming out of pocket for my 60k service over $1400. Well, she told me that it was going to be about an hour until my car was finished up so I decided to walk across the street and get food. I had left my number with them so they could call me when the vehicle was done. I have a 2020 Subaru WRX. An hour passed and I still didn’t receive a call but I was eating still so I wasn’t concerned 2 hours pass and I decide to head back so I can see what’s going on. When I get there the guy tells me that they had put the wrong oil in my car and that it’s going to be about a 10 min wait and I’ll be on my way. I’m tired and freezing cold at this point in time because I didn’t prepare myself to be there so late it was about 5:30pm at this time and the car was supposed to be done at 4:30ish pm. So, I tell him “hey totally cool as long as there’s no problems other than that” so I’m waiting in the lobby now and thank god it’s a little warmer than inside the Raising Canes but 10 mins pass by and then next thing another hour hits and it’s 6:30 and I’m asking them again what’s going on with my Subaru….. the guy tells me that the vehicle should be ready to go and so he tells me the cost is going to be $101 and I asked him because of the fact they messed up and didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know that it was going to be longer wait time at the very minimum if I could get a discount. He lowered the price to $98… the other customers in their started saying how they waited 4 hours and since 8 am, respectfully for their cars and the manager had told them it was going to be quick. This place is so understaffed and making a bunch of mistakes and just lying to our faces saying it’s going to be in a decent time. I rather you tell me the truth and take your time and do it correctly then blatantly lie to my face and then screw literally everything up. The worst part about this whole experience isn’t even what happened there. I had asked ONLY for a oil change and verbally communicated to the manager directly this information and today 03/01 I left to work and thought I had mud on my car tire because it kept leaning to the left and my front yard tends to get muddy during this time of year and normally the tires will build up with mud, unfortunately. Well, it turns out it wasn’t just muddy the drivers side front tire was completely flat and I had driven about a mile before my light had switched on and alerted me something was terribly wrong with my car. The crazy thing is this isn’t the first time that this has happened here. She says there is a leak on the exact tire but I was never informed on this being an issue this time around. Last time they did my oil change 4k miles back the same thing happened and they fixed it and about 1k miles ago I had went to the 7/11 and had filled up the air on all my tires at the 3k mark and had 0 issues. So, why is it that when this company is filing up the air in my tires (which I had asked them only to do the oil change) is my tires going flat?? To top it all off I called today on the side of the road because my tire was completely flat and the manager told me that it’s not her problem that I should take it to discount tire and pay to get it fixed! I really do not get how I get treated this way because I work sales and I’m literally so nice to my customers and yet I get the worst of luck. I’m literally so stressed out because of everything else in my life right now and just for her to say it’s not her problem. She told me she’s basically the owner and there was no one else about her I could talk to so idk what else I can do. My only advice is go to Valvoline instead. They don’t care here

don’t trust anybody in there at this location talking about they will replace your Your windshield or repair cracks to make an appointment booked an appointment for $175 on day of appointment was moved to Friday per my request over a holiday weekend. They requested more money to redo the appointment request another 25 request another 50 another 25 said person on the friday which appointment was agreed upon. Said individual was given a total of $200 and no services were rendered for replacement of windshield contacted them and said I would like to just get my money back cash app me. And they told me the $175 is a nonrefundable due to a contact i signed so proceed with caution do not accept any side business for any of these individuals that work at this location On oil change side never had a problem used for year but i would definitely proceed with caution if any individuals request some side work

Beware they will charge you $10 extra to remove your skid plate for a simple oil change. That’s about 9 screws that need to be unscrewed with a simple screwdriver. That is less energy than checking the tires pressure, which I didn’t ask them to do. If they nickel and dime for something so simple do not go there if you have anything big that needs to be done to your vehicle. The owner tried to tell me that most vehicles do not have skid plates. Every vehicle I’ve owned and own now has skid plates. It’s there to protect the underside of your engine in case you hit something or something goes underneath your car it can get sucked into your engine without that plate. If you do not have that skid plate, you need to get one for your vehicle so you do not destroy your engine because that’s expensive. The owner is uneducated when it comes to vehicles. She was kind, but she doesn’t know how to run a business.
