Made an appointment by phone with Larry, he got me right in at the agreed upon time as soon as I arrived. Got a four wheel alignment done in roughly 45 minutes or so. Staff was very professional during my visit. Will be returning if I'm in the area and need some work done!

I was referred to this place and boy was I glad. I shopped around before I went and they had the best prices. I didn't feel over priced or ripped off at all. The staff were amazingly polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and had no problem checking their work when I had concerns about my air conditioning. They kept in contact with me the whole time about my services and my vehicle. I felt safe leaving my car with them. Crazy part is they completed the work in half the time I was expecting. I had family business to attend to and they were so accommodating. I will be returning and referring my friends. If they see this thanks guys, I highly appreciated your services. I'll be back soon.😁

Great service at a price $60 lower than what my dealer quoted me for the front brakes. They also give you a lifetime warranty on the brakes. Larry was very friendly and helped me with a smile on his face. Norberto, the mechanic that worked on my car, was very friendly as well and did a fantastic job. Thanks guys!

The front desk guy was rude, did not offer any coupons, AAA discount or possible healthcare/military discounts. said my breaks were 60% good in the back and 80% good in the front. $70 just to get it looked at. was out in 40 min but the rude service makes me not want to go back

Brought my Camaro to have the brakes flushed. Service is excellent. Jaime the guy that worked on my brakes, always took extra care to cover the fenders to protect the paint. He was knowledgeable about his work. Alvaro worked the front desk. He was friendly and offered great customer service. He was flexible with my issues. They also offer many other services than just brakes. Oil change, differential seal replacement, alternator replacement and many other services. 12,000/1 year warranty on most parts and labor. Some parts offer lifetime warranty.

I took my car here 3 months ago for an alignment. It was easy to make an appointment and once I was there, they were quick and efficient. The customer service was great by the gentleman at the counter. Unfortunately, I got into an accident and hit a couple of coyotes at once a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd better bring the car back in case the alignment was off. Brake Masters was so friendly and accommodating. Although, it was 3 months ago when I first came in, I spoke to Josue on the phone and he said they'd check the alignment for me and do any service for the car if necessary and to just come on in. That eased my mind and a couple of days later, I arrived. Josue and the other gentleman (who helped me previously at my first visit) welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. They are very friendly and so helpful there at Brake Masters and have great customer service. Thanks to them my car is good again and back on the road!

Yeah, I was Hearing a lot of sounds from my brakes, squeaking and grinding. Was recommended here by a gentleman at American tire in Fontana . Made an appointment showed up next morning at 9 o’clock luckily got right in It was out within an hour and a half to two hours. The gentleman who helped me with very professional, gave me a lot of options and I have no complaints about the work or service. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants honest work done. All the employees are encountered were kind and professional thank you break. Master will be sending more business your way.
