This is place is horrible. I dropped a pair of axles to get rebuilt. Within 2 weeks of getting them back the axles starts knocking and boots coming loose. I take the axles back to them and they charge me again. No warranty at all. He told me my axles came from China. So he asked for the originals to take parts from to rebuild. I came to pick up, he rebuilt the wrong ones , and try to charge me for his work !!!! I asked for my originals back , Supposedly he threw them away. Why? Liars ..... save your time , money, and headache. Take your car to another shop.

Dropped my car off. Before I left I asked, being that the check engine light is off will you be able to diagnose it? Yes no problem. So, I paid for an Uber, rented a car for 4 days. Not diagnosed, not fixed. Why not? The check engine light isn't on. Nothing shows up on the scan. Wasted time and money on Uber ride and rented car. I was able to get the check engine light scanned at auto zone and another time giving the same code. I gave them the paperwork and said it matched what was happening when it malfunctions when I went in. They are definitely nice people but I won't be able to go back. I can't get past wasting my time and money.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. This shop is a joke! I took my 06 Nissan Titan for a bearing repair, only for this guy to try and rip me off. I had called on Monday to see if I can drop off my truck after I got off work, and the guy that works there said that was not a problem, but he would not be able to get to it until the following day, which was fine. I receive a call the following day to get quoted 700 dollars for one bearing replacement. Are you kidding me?!?!? When I told him I was gonna pass on the repairs, I was charged a 30 dollar “storage fee” for leaving the truck there overnight. Plus, he was trying to charge me for calling my warranty plan that I had through my finance company. He stated this took time out of his day and he should be paid for it. This guy is a joke! Take your car elsewhere. This guy is not honest and does not deserve to be in business.

After years of coming here, I regret to have not write this review a long time ago I’ve been going to Roger and his family for over seven years At first, he took care of us. But once they see, you are wealthy and take your cars to them they will take advantage of you and overcharge you and make you pay for stuff You didn’t even ask to get fixed. I took my car multiple times for the same reason and I still continue to take it back for the same reason, roger does not owe up for any of his mistakes I took my car in to get a few pump change. He said I didn’t need it. All I needed was a reprogram and charged me 160$ And my check engine light came on the next day. This is not the first time he has done this to me. Please watch your back with him and make sure you ask him to show you the parts he changed or asked for the parts back. After thousands of dollars, I given him Throughout the years, he can’t even admit his mistakes or even Offer to help fix the situation of the vehicle He just wants to charge me for other unnecessary stuff do not waste your time or money coming here sadly, I wasted Years coming here only to get ripped off as a sad part is, I gave this guy multiple business with friends and family I thought Roger was a loyal man Turns out to be a business crook Stay away from this place

Our 2003 Toy Tundra needed an oil change and tuneup. We had to go on an emergency trip to Tucson from Fontana. We got 20 mpg!! We haven't done that after any tuneup in the past. A little over 3/4 of a tank there. (22 gal tank - 7 hour trip) Price was extremely reasonable. Customer service excellent! Roger promised it by a certain time, and it was done! Thank you! Thank you!

I visited this shop based on positive reviews but had a disappointing experience. When the owner came out, I explained that I needed my front and rear axles re-geared. He quoted me $7,000 and suggested it wasn’t worth the cost, even implying I should just get rid of my truck. I made it clear that I needed the work done and wasn't considering selling my vehicle. His attitude made it seem like he doubted I could afford the repair. Despite the off-putting remark, I asked if he could provide a written estimate. He refused, claiming it would take too long, reiterated the $7,000 price, and abruptly told me to come back when I was ready before walking away. The customer service was awful. After that, I went to El Mini Electro in the same area. The staff there provided excellent service, quoted me $4,000, and even showed me the parts they planned to use for the job.
