Horrible service went for an estimate on Friday and they said they would email it and failed to do so. Lenny very slow not attentive and doesn't keep his word.

Thank you sooo much! The service was fast. The staff were very friendly and professional. They even delivered my car to me at work. They made a very stressful situation better. The bottom of my car messed up after driving over a cement stopper in parking space. :-)

Disgusting- many false promises. They’ll sell you a story and a passion and the work is gross. A finished product is returned in pieces and not even a attempt to clean it. Amateurs would be a compliment. Save your money and headaches seek out a professional shop. On arrival the amount vagrants which are actually employees should’ve been a clue this is not a good shop.

I took my '93 Mustang here as a last gasp attempt to figure out why it sat high in the right rear by more than half an inch. This was after I consulted with a well known local collision center franchise and a local independent tire shop who reportedly knew their stuff. I also tried everything I could think of to locate the problem to include clocking the springs, loosening and retightening all suspension bolts under weight to level the car and even removing and carefully inspecting all new suspension components. I could not figure out the bug. Within one week Joe sourced the problem to a crushed upper front driver's side spring perch and repaired it at a very reasonable price. This place is a unicorn -one of only a handful of very knowledgeable auto shops remaining that has not been bought up by developers or franchises. A++

I LOVE There Is A Difference Auto Body & Frame Auto Body!!! I found them on G+ they had great reviews so I decided to try them out! I have been involved in two accident (both times I wasn't at fault) & this body shop ALWAYS does an amazing job! I was very very satisfied this second time around! Mr. Lee is a very respectable man! We have been taking our vehicles here for over 2 decades. We have 4 kids so there has been plenty of accidents. Joe, the owner is upfront and polite. The work always looks like new and it is done fast. We highly recommend this body shop.

if i can give it no stars i would, we took our truck in to get fixed and not even a year axle completely broke off and wheel messed up and it even bent our side frame passenger that we got new, took it back and they said they would have to charge us again, we told them why, and said it was a used part they installed and had no warranty, so they said if they fix again and put another used part they would charge us half the price, but with no warranty again, and so they changed part, but today again the same side axle broke off the wheel while driving again, this is really sad that shops work like this, installing old used parts, at least if its something you installed and worked on you should take responsibility. now we have to pay again to get it fixed, but somewhere else. will not take back to this shop again. i wonder if there is a way to make them reimburse us for this issue. will look into it.
