These people are slick, Allie and Juan the owner are the best at deception. I was charged more for less.The work was not. complete. Make sure you get your estimate for all work in writing. 2 stars is generous .they also spot paint so be beware.

I was in a jam to repair the side molding / dent protector of my exterior driver side door on a newer Chevy Tahoe. The molding had start to lift up a 1/4 of the way and it was still in excellent shape, just needed cleaning / reattaching. The dealer and most collision repair places wanted to charge well into the hundreds and take a week to replace a perfectly good part and didn't offer me options. I took it to JL Auto Body after looking them up on Google and giving them a call. The gentlemen on the phone was courteous and transparent about what they could do and gave me a reasonable estimate under $100. I took it in the next day, and the woman who attended me was also courteous and honored the estimate given over the phone. They had me in and out of there in 1 hour. This is why we must support our small businesses and mom & pop shops. The level of customer service is unmatched and regular customers / referrals are at the core to their survival / success. I highly recommend this shop in Fontana, it was super convenient, affordable, and they did quality work.

I got estimate from Miguel and he explained what he was gonna do to my daughters car and explained to me their process. I accepted as I wanted the car to be repaired and painted . Left the car and two days later as explained to me the car was ready and they did such a great job that I got another estimate for my wife’s car as well and will be taking her car there as well . Thank you for the good job and see you guys soon for future work . Two thumbs up to this establishment.

‼️Warning‼️ ‼️Read this before getting work done here‼️ I had my car fixed here. They removed little plastic parts/ caps that are hard to find and replace for my car. They denied it was them. They swapped out my battery that was brand new for an old one that died on me when I took my car home. They told me they lost my battery…. I had to get aggressive with them so they would replace my battery. If you look close to the work done (paint, headlights, and front bumper replacement) there’s plenty of imperfections in the work. It looks like there’s stuff under the paint. My headlamp leak when it rains. The hardware behind the front bumper to mount my license plate is missing. They also like to go to pick a part and get used parts for your car. They’ll charge you for new parts though. I hope this place closes down. This is the worst place. If you wanna get bamboozled. This is the place for you.

Took my truck in for body work and paint. I also had them paint the frame. The vehicle was done in a few days. I was very happy with the quality of the repair including the color match and the quick turnaround. They kept me informed of the progress via text. I thought their pricing was reasonable and it did not change based on their original quote. I would highly recommend this business.
