They didn't even check what's wrong with my RV. They just said they can't do anything because it would take a long time to do electrical job. They are going off base on what the customer say that might be the problem. Rather than checking for themselves.

We took our rv in for service. Originally we were promised the rv to be fixed within two weeks and it was not. They also promised that they could change out two tires but they would need a special kit to remove tires and we would have to pay for the kit. We paid for the kit, expedited shipping and when they got the kit they told us they could not change out tires. We took the kit and rv to a tire store. The tire place told us that the kit was the wrong size and he could do it without the kit. We returned the kit and was never refunded the money for the kit in addition to that a bottle of perfume was stolen from our rv. This rv repair place is not reliable and they are dishonest. Rv owners beware.

Called and made an appointment they were very friendly over the phone once i showed up for my appointment I met “her” not she her name or title there but as soon as i arrived she had an attitude that chased me right out of there. Never will i set foot or recommend anyone to go here that woman needs a lot of customer service help.

Only giving one star, my friend brought his RV in for a a/c check)it was blowing hot air). They charged him $300 and did a amperage check and the unit was fine. We took it to Arizona and it didn't work properly till 2am.. NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE GO HERE!

This is the first time I've ever cared enough to write a review...Lorraine and the rest of the staff went over and above to make sure I left there satisfied. I can't say enough about the level of service I received. I live about 45 minutes from their shop and will not hesitate to take my trailer to them for any maintenance and/or repairs it needs

I can tell you this place came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by Grand Designs Momentum trailer manufacturer. I had a number of problems needing warranty repair including a ruptured hot water pipe and resultant flood with a new trailer. The dealer estimated it might take 2 months to resolve. I called and Lorraine who got me in straight away and worked closely with Grand Designs getting everything approved and repaired in 2 weeks! That's Customer Service! Lorraine was very specific on each item and highly knowledgeable in my opinion. I am 100% satisfied with the repair quality.

Lorraine and staff always go over and above at this location. They fix stuff making it look better than when it came from the factory. Very easy to work with and always solve the problems. They also detail inside and out so it looks outstanding. Far over and above from what you see with other places. You won't go wrong by going with them for your RV repairs! Manufacturers love using them too when there's an issue because they do such an outstanding job!

My husband was very happy with how Quality RV did some manufacturer warranty repair work on our class C THOR Quantum RV. This professional shop went above and beyond what needed to get done. On the first visit not only they fixed a leaky gray and black valve but they moved the whole plumbing up to give more clearance to avoid accidents. On the 2nd visit they did some repairs they also fixed a panel that was not under warranty and didn't charge us any fees. This business definitely tries hard to take care of cusfomers and make them happy. The 2 ladies in the office that check you in and handle the paperwork are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I told them I had an intermittent problem they explained that there would be a diagnostic fee if they didn't find anything. So I told them I'll take it home tell it fails completely she continues to tell me not to worry about it and they would take care of it i would not need to do that. We'll I got a call back saying I now owe a diagnostic fee because they couldn't find 1 of 4 problems and tells me all service centers charge for that. I would have taken it home and then to a different dealer if I knew she would straight up lie like that I drove 1.5hr to get service like that. I get that there are diagnostic fees for stuff like that but I would have taken it home and waited. The point for this was for the lie/ leading me to believe there would be no diagnostic fee beings i told you I would take it home because I wasn't going to pay for one once again you told me "don't worry about we'll get it handled and we'll work with you" after I said "I'll take it home I'm not paying a diagnostic fee on something that did not fail the night before". That is what I'm complaining about not the turn around or work done. It was the lie but of course let's not apologize for that let's keep shifting to a different direction. 8/29 update my cabinet is falling apart where they use the access point to fix the island every screw is stripped, and now the corner of the wood is breaking.
