Wow this place is amazing. I usually go to brake master in Lake Elsinore but I was visiting family members so I decided to get my oil change done in Pomona. I heard this place was under new management so I decided to give it another chance. All I can say is they are great. Amazing customer service, they are helpful and are very fast. I would definitely recommend brake masters in Pomona. To people that been here before and didn't like it give them another chance this place is under new management. I gave them another chance and I was not disappointed.

So I took my vehicle to one of the Brake Masters in LA Verne to do an alignment and replacement of two bolts to they can adjust camber. They quoted me $129.00. They could not get my car on the alignment rack which is completely understandable and professional that they contacted me to let me know so they won't damage my vehicle. They suggested I contact their Pomona branch as their rack is different. I explained to the individual the situation and what I need done. They then said it would cost me $280 to do the same work. I let them know that they already informed me they would charge 129. They said different locations different prices. 280 for alignment is complete robbery. Especially when they already quoted about 150 dollars less!

For the last fifteen years, I have taken all my cars to Brake Masters in Pomona. When I purchased the cars and had to take my cars to the auto dealers for brake service or front end alignment, and when I have had to take them back because of bad, or sub-par work, I just got so fed up, along with having to pay an inflated price for the service. It really made me upset. Brake Masters have always done superior work on all my cars. Their quality of work is great. Thanks to Antonio and the staff.

The service is great, Antonio explained to me exactly what my car needed. He answered all my questions. The place is very clean and all the employees wear their face mask. They offered me a shuttle service to my house. Roberto the driver is very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend The Brake Masters to family and friends. Had a coupon for a wheel alignment and their price was half of what other tire shops charge for the same service. Given the low cost,my experience was excellent overall. There was some wait but the manager at the front desk was courteous and kept new customers informed of the long wait. Shop is clean and the mechanics seem like they're in a good place mentally. My impression was that the shop is managed well and everyone there is good at what they do . Would definitely recommend it.

I have a 1996 Toyota Corolla which I take care of very well, its practically in mint condition, I spent over $1000.00+ here and at the end they couldn't fix it. The pedal sinks and the front brakes make a horrible sounds. And the rear drum brakes loosen in a week.
