Wow I’m truly impressed! From the moment I walked into the facility I felt like VIP, from the friendly receptionist to the gentleman who served me a cappuccino to my sales reps Alex and Emily. I did some homework beforehand so I sort of knew what I wanted, picked out a few vehicles they helped me narrow down to two and given pricing, negotiated once , didn’t have any games played , was very professional the entire time and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. In the end I almost felt like I made a new friend . Very positive experience !!!! Thanks Alex and Emily!!

I love that I chose to come to this location when shopping for my Porsche. My great experience started with the phone call I had with Zachariah prior to coming in and test driving. He was very knowledgeable and warm. When I walked in, Zachariah was just as warm. It made me feel like I was in good hands. Chris, the person who showed me different cars was also personable and made me feel comfortable. He made sure to let me know all questions are welcomed, and all questions I had could be answered. I left with a car I love, and that’s because I was able to let Chris know what I want and he lead me in the right direction. I am very happy with my experience with Zachariah and Chris!!! 🥰🫶🏿

I just purchased a ‘24 CPO CAYENNE S from Braman Porsche. Emily Friedman was my salesperson. She was very responsive and did an excellent job in shepherding the sales process from the time she first called me until the car was picked up for shipment to my home. I flew down from Cincinnati to look at the Cayenne and drive it. The car was spotless and waiting inside when I arrived, ready for me to drive. The sales managers Aspi and Benny were a pleasure to work with, as well as Eddie, the finance manager. Also got help from Zach, the IT manager during my visit for a computer issue. Braman has a top notch facility, excellent amenities, and engaging and helpful sales people. These people are Porsche enthusiasts, and Eddie even races GT4 Clubsports. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to buy another Porsche from Braman in the future, if the opportunity arises! Thank you Emily and the rest of the Braman staff! Mike S. That is not surprising passing the buck you are related to Brahmin Honda and they arent getting back to me and you wont help so as far as I'm concerned you are just as bad as they are like I said everyone is nice when they want your down payment and then you suck and I understand you sell high end cars and dont want to be bothered by a lowly Honda owner and you wonder why people think car dealerships are sketchy you are related yet unwilling to help someone out who is having issues with a company under the Brahman umbrella and this page is for what ever review I want to write and you are under the same umbrella as Brahman Honda so what one part of your corporation does definitely reflects on the other parts of your greedy corporation Honda dealer on Lake Worth Rd was very accommodating when I was putting a 6500 down payment to upgrade my lease from a Accord to a Ridgeline yet the service sucks no call back and no questions answered on a cover that came of my Ridgeline by my windshield wiper that should be a warranty issue as I've had the vehicle a little over a month not my sale person telling me the part shouldn't be to much come in and I will get you an employee discount then I leave a message for the service department as the phone que says they are transferring you to a service advisor and it was the operator who then transfered me to Javier went straight to voicemail with no call back great customer service its been over a week

This was probably one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in my entire adult life, and I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles! Yes, it’s a luxury dealership, but not all luxury dealerships are created equal… The staff at this dealership puts customer service and professionalism above anything else and it shows. I was buying a preowned vehicle and not a super expensive one, but I was treated the same as if I were buying a $200,000 Bentley! My sales person, Chris was extraordinary! Every call and every text was promptly answered. He was so professional and patient with me. I’m a bit indecisive when it comes to large purchases But that didn’t bother him at all… I probably came back to the dealership at least three times before making a final decision and there was never any pressure from him only kindness and professionalism On the day I went into finalize my purchase, The finance team made it easy breezy as well.
