Terrible.. Some backstory: I have a partial permanent disability in my left leg because of a spinal injury, so when my car needs repairs, it's a big deal because I can't do the physical things I used to. My Saturn needed work and after several attempts to reach someone here, I finally was able to schedule an appointment first thing on a Saturday morning.. I showed up before they opened and ended up waiting almost an hour after they did open. No one ever saw me or approached me.. Finally, I took my vehicle to the Car Clinic, which is about 200 yards North of this dump on the same street..Those people were awesome and got my business. Los Amigos is disrespectful to customers, wastes their time, they demonstrate not even basic professionalism and, honestly, their job site looks like a junk yard. My advice is to avoid them altogether.

I was down on my luck when I showed up to Frank’s shop. I was fortunate enough to meet Frank in person and he was super intelligent and patient! I needed someone to wire my blinker lights for the car dolly that I had rented. I’ve called about 6 different places and went into 4 locations each of whom had shut me down because they couldn’t figure out how to connect the wires. Not only did Frank go above and beyond with successfully wiring the blinkers to my 94 Ford E350; he was generous enough to help me load my other car onto the car dolly. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! He saved my life! Did I mention the prices are unbeatable??! Definitely go check this place out! Thank youuu Frank! I hope you get all the blessings you deserve! What a gentleman! <3

I brought my 2015 Audi A3 to the shop due to overheating issues, and after extensive repairs, the issue remained unresolved. Despite the payment, the shop informed me they were unable to fully fix my car and stated that no further actions could be taken. I believe I was misled and overcharged for services that failed to address the problem, resulting in further damage to my vehicle.
