I went to that place for a simple simple service that shouldn't cost me much under my vehicle. I ended up paying much more than i was expected. I was not ready to spend that much money, if all the fees were properly disclosed I would not take the service.

I wish I could give them no stars I bought my 2016 QX60 from there and when I tell u its been nothing but issues since!!!!!! I think it may be a racial issue but whatever it is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO TO THE INFINITI LOCATION I BROWARD or a different county, Thats exactly what I plan to do💯

KEVIN JENSEN is the best service person I have ever had. I have owned/leased over 10 Infiniti vehicles over the past several years. Very rarely do you find someone that knows what they're talking about and what they are doing in dealership service departments these days. He under promise and over deliver on everything. We plan on bringing all of our cars for service to Kevin and the INFINITI of Palm Beach going forward. Kevin is truly a car guy who knows what he's talking about. My service adviser (Jennifer U) was extremely professional and very kind. The place did a great job changing the oil and handling a few minor problems with the car and even washed and I believe vacuumed the car. Inside there is a high tech coffee machine that will make you 25 or so different kinds of beverages. My choice for the day was hot chocolate which was great. That along with 100 inch Sony TV made the time go by a little faster. Infiniti of the Palm beachs takes a bit of the boredom out of your inevitable car service....
