I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from AutoNation Cadillac, and since then I’ve had ongoing issues that the service department has consistently refused to address. Problems include defective navigation, self-parking, cameras, and a charging port—all of which should have been covered under warranty. Despite bringing these concerns to their attention multiple times, they have failed to take responsibility. I even reached out directly to the General Manager by email, but my message has been ignored. Additionally, the social media manager has dismissed my review while actively responding to others, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. For a dealership that promotes itself as customer-focused, my experience has been the exact opposite—unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their product or service. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with AutoNation Cadillac

I ve a ver bad experience, in January they charged me $3850 to fix this light on: Rear axel service and all drive systems on my SRX 2013.They had the car for almost 2 months and they gave it back with the same lights on. This September, I went to Ed Morse in Delray they charged me $800 for diagnosis after 20 days they told me I ve to get back to the same dealer Autonation West Palm Beach) where I did the previous service, I dropped the car and they said I ve to pay $ 3500. From January to September I only drove 6k miles. They better said we can not fix this problem on SRX 2013 because the company is no longer manufactured this part and let me go, they charged me and after that ssid Cadilac did not make it anymore.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. My car has been here for over 3 months with zero communication. Calls ignored, messages unanswered, and no updates unless I chased them down myself. I had to contact Cadillac directly just to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Appointment was scheduled for 12pm, consultant arrived at 12:25, I'm sure no fault of his own. Its a Cadillac dealership supposed to be a little more "upscale". The waiting room is horrible, water damage in the ceiling, yellow tiles and some are missing. It has not just happened, it has been that way since I first purchased the vehicle. The "white" blinds are yellow with brown water stains. The coffee bar & water station is disgustingly dirty along with the garbage can that is gross. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, no matter how good the service to the vehicle is, your are left with a feeling of disgust. You want your client to leave with an overall good experience/feeling after sitting in your waiting area, repair the water leak and and update the area. You may want to go your competition and see how they do it.

Recently took my vehicle in for service that I purchased from them 2 months ago check engine light stated that the emission systems was the problem. They had my truck for 3 days told me that they unplugged the O2 sensor, light went off plugged it back in, test drove it and my vehicle was ready for pickup got off of work early to pick up my vehicle, on my way home, which is less than a mile from the dealership the check engine light came back on again took it back they had it for three more days to change the O2 sensor which should have been done the first time. If I didn't have a second vehicle to get back and forth to work I would have been screwed. Because they would not give me a loaner vehicle and I would have had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket. Thank God I have the extended warranty and the repair was covered. Also you would think after having a customer's vehicle for a 6 days that they would wash it. It was filthy

This dealership is absolutely the worst. The technicians have no knowledge on how to fix any vehicle. Never can get in contact with anybody when you call them. Very very poor management. Tjey dont want to work with customers in anyway. Everytime i ever went there i heard at least 4 people complain. I would never tell anybody to come here. I had to give 1 star. If possible i would give a -5

After my second time in one year purchasing a car through auto nation Cadillac west Palm beach I can honestly say I love the experience. I actually there no haggle system, I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off or taken advantage of. And feeling me a side I’m not being ripped off. All the numbers are right there and in front of your face. Number don’t lie. But it really wouldn’t mean anything with out people like Abbi, Adam and Hazz. They truly make the words enjoyable come alive. They are good honest people there to do a job and deliver a great experience to anybody who comes through the door. I recommend you at least give it a try.

I bought a new 2025 CT5 on 12/28/25. Two days after purchasing my Cadillac the engine light came. Getting them to fix my car was a nightmare. The service department took two weeks to fix the problem. They refused to give me another Cadillac. I am a proud Cadillac owner for 20 years. I had five different models during that time. This the first that I have bought from Auto Nation Cadillac in West Palm Beach. I will never again visit there. Charles A.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review for a car and service that I was previously excited about. Since owning this vehicle it’s plagued with multiple issues mainly safety alerts cutting off while driving with my wife and kids. Service team continues to do updates and software results leading to the same results. As of this morning they are no refusing to provide me further service and have informed me to contact Cadillac Corporate. I can no longer recommend this vehicle and as of now dealership until this situation is resolved. Thanks,

I will bring me vehicle back even tho it broke down on me on my way to work. The things that were fixed was great and but it was my alternator that needed to be replaced. I also needed a new battery with i did get. I honestly am not upset about this situation because I was afraid of how much it would cost to have it done at the cadillac dealership. Took my Caddy in for service in February 2026. Service went fine. But then I had a question. I called 5 times, could never reach the Service Advisor. Left numerous voice messages asking for a call back to service advisor and the service supervisor. I never got a single call back. So I won’t be returning to Autonation WPB Cadillac Service Dept.
