I drove down from Orlando and didn't know what to do when my car had an issue. I was referred to First impression auto repair and let me tell you they were awesome, took good care of me and was very professional. I loved it! Being that I was recommended to “Jean” I was highly highly disappointed. I brought in my car to have it scanned and let me know what the issue was. 10mins past without him diagnosing the car he states it’s a “motor issue and would have to buy a new one”. I decided to take it somewhere else in Boynton Beach for a 2nd opinion. It was just my spark plugs that needed to be changed. I am highly disappointed at Jean and his scammed business. You do not do this to ppl and hope you receive many complaints and report for your services. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Gene replaced my alternator in my car and while he was doing that noticed that my oil filter was leaking. He then changed my oil filter and filled the oil up in the car and refuse to charge me for the extra service. I was so happy and so relieved find an honest and generous repair shop.
