I came into the store very annoyed & tired after working all day to get my tire looked at & Audrey assured me that they would take care of it & I instantly calmed down & relaxed. TJ was the service tech that did an amazing job & their combined customer service goes above & beyond in my opinion & they are a Great representation of the Tire Kingdom Brand. I have been to other Tire Kingdoms but this one is by far very exceptional !!! This is now my go to place for my car care !!

Audrey, the technicians and the mechanics are all absolutely AMAZING! When I brought my car here I knew it needed a lot of work done! Audrey did her best to find me the most affordable parts that were still of great quality. She explained the cost of the parts that I needed and the labor very thoroughly. Even though I made it very clear that I was in no rush because I wanted everything to be done right and not rushed, the job was still able to be completed the same day. This is a busy location and the lobby can go from having one person to five people in it very quickly. Even still they have hard workers that manage to get you out of there in a timely manner.
