I will never take my car anywhere else. They are fairly priced, fast and honest about what my car needs. Countless times mechanics assume that because I am a woman I don't know a fuel injector from a serpentine....wrong! So glad they were recommended by friends, now I will tell everyone I know!

I had to pay about $2,000 for a new fuel pump. They didn't let me have the old part. And two months later, I have issues with my fuel pump again. They also replaced my wipers, which went stiff two weeks later and don't wipe properly anymore, and the air filter seems either unchanged or worse than before. I was recommended this place by my own father, who swears by them. I'm guessing they target people they consider vulnerable, so not everyone is going to have a bad experience here. Only some people.

I've been coming to P&J's for over 25 years and always been pleased with their work. They are trustworthy and their prices are reasonable. They always diagnose the problem correctly and fix it right the first time. They will never try to sell you a service you don't need. I take all our company cars/trucks there now once the warranty runs out. Do yourself a favor and try them next time you need service. It's not a fancy place because that's not what matters. They stay current with training & know how to fix your vehicle. That's the reason they have been in business all these years while other shops have come & gone.

I have a 1979 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe. When I bought the car I was hoping to find a good mechanic for when I need servicing and repairs to the car. I am glad I found this company. They are honest. So far they have been able to find any mechanical parts I have needed. And they do a great job with any repairs that I have needed. The car runs great now. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are some of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics we have come across! We needed the timing adjusted on our 13 year old Honda and after a day at the shop, she is running right and tight just like when she was new! We also started taking our newer Honda here for regular maintenance as well. The prices are right and its nice to know that we have an honest mechanic working on our vehicles! Great job guys! They gave me a personal call to discuss the issues before doing any work and were honest about what was needed now and what could wait. Had the pleasure of doing business with P & J's this week and after years of searching for a shop to assist with my Lexus while I'm in town, I've found it! Great location right off of Okeechobee Blvd (very close to 95), Kathleen at the front desk was friendly & very helpful in answering my initial questions. Quick and friendly service, fairly priced HOWEVER; They installed the wrong radiator/transmission cooler in my car and used the wrong fittings resulting in my automatic transmission leaking out half its fluid resulting in malfunction. They also used a rubber hose not rated for contact with hot AT fluid, which would have disintegrated, shedding rubber particles into my transmission had it been left installed. They also overfilled my oil resulting in thick white smoke from the exhaust at highway speeds. Not ever going back here. Attached is the receipt from a different shop, identifying the problems caused by P & J's. EDIT: P & J’s reply says that they only replaced the coolant lines. This is incorrect. I will attach a photo of my cracked radiator (which they replaced). The stock radiator in the automatic jeep wrangler TJ is dual-purpose. It is also the transmission cooler. They replaced the radiator and therefore also must have re-installed the transmission lines, introducing the leak and malfunction. P & J’s Automotive, I have done my best to provide accurate, correct information to your potential customers. Please do me that same courtesy.
