I moved out to WPB about 10 years ago and on my search for a shop, found plenty that charged outrageous amounts and I felt tried to take advantage thinking I don't know about cars as a woman. I have never had that experience at Best Brakes. I have taken multiple cars here for many different issues and they always find the problem and are amazing to work with. It puts your mind at ease during a stressful time. Pablo the owner and his whole team are amazing. I won't go anywhere else and always recommend them. Trust your car with them!

I was there earlier today with a flat tire. The guys there are awesome. I live an hour from my house and they went above and beyond to help me, they were able to fix the old one so I could go home safe, and $15 for a flat. I called 5 different places and it was between $38 and $84. They make sure to tell me to drive slow I wanted to thank them for helping me and treating me like a human and not an ATM machine. The owner was honest about pricing and even told me I was getting overcharged for oil changes at another shop. They replaced my brake rotors and pads right before I needed to leave for work. I was recommended to use this establishment by a good friend. I’m glad I took her recommendation. This place is awesome. They are great on their prices, and don’t price gouge you like other shops. When I picked my car up, I asked if they could change a headlight bulb in my daughters car, and the guys did it with out hesitation. It’s a little out of my way, but I don’t care. I will be going to them for all my automotive needs. 5 stars from me.

Brought car in for an oil change. I changed my filter. I was going to change my oil as well, but my drain plug was stripped. I was told everything was going to be only $40. I had brought my own oil and new drain plug for them to use. They proceeded to charge me $66.18 instead of the original price that was discussed. I was recommended to come here by a family member. Will never come back based on either deceitfulness or lack of communication on their end. Have to be more truthful and have better communication skills.

Called about getting pricing on an oil change for my car. Provided the year, make and model of the vehicle and was quoted $64.00, after all was said and done, I was invoiced around $84 dollars. When I asked why, they told me they charge $10 for each additional quart. I explained to them that I was quoted $64 and had provided all my Veachel's information prior to bringing it in. He said, " I don't know what to tell you". When I asked why they were charging me for 6.875 quarts, he said that's what the computer says. I paid and left it at that. Went home and called the dealer and they informed me my car only can take 6 quarts, don't know where thy got the additional .875 quarts of oil. Also, I checked my previous invoice from the last took my car in for an oil change and was charged for 6 quarts not 6.875. Needless to say, I will never go back to them again. Been going there for years and this left a very bad taste in my mouth. Best way to lose a long-time customer, good riddance.

We are so grateful for this automotive shop! They are honest and trustworthy and always so helpful!! And their prices can't be beat! We go to them for everything! Today, my car wouldn't turn off, so I drove over to Best Brakes. Even thought it was 4:30 on the Friday before a holiday weekend, Pablo, the owner, was happy to help us. We didn't have an appointment. Robert diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didn't even charge us! We highly recommend Best Brakes Auto for any automotive difficulties!

The technicians and owner were very pleasant and helpful. All my questions were answered honestly and I was very satisfied with my experience. They were quick and kept me informed along the way. The GPS took me a back way which made the journey confusing. The correct entrance would be off of Okeechobee right into the golden shoppes plaza on 7800 Okeechobee blvd west palm beach.

Called them before hand told them my make and model told them I’m just looking to get an oil change on my car it has other issues but I just need an oil change. He told me over the phone that’s completely fine and to “come on down!” I drove 30 minutes got to the location for them to tell me they won’t do the oil change or any services on my vehicle just because they “believed” my car could possibly have a rod knock. I told them it was confirmed exhaust leak and I was fixing it at a different shop I only needed an oil change done. They turned me away and told me to leave. Not coming back.
