When I finally decided to retire my 2010 Chevy HHR, I looked around for a fun car to drive. I settled on a pre-owned certified 2021 Mini Cooper Countryman and Anthony Agosto helped make my dreams come true. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, just supplying answers to all my questions. He was always quick to respond to my texts (a very important service element). He also made sure I got an extra key and the trunk cover missing from the car. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for their next Mini Cooper.

I just picked up my 2025 mini cooper S today from Braman Mini of Palm Beach. It was a great and pleasant experience working with this dealership. Anthony Agosto and Steven were absolutely great! Chelsea was our service rep, and my wife and I were completely amazed and impressed. We have had 18 cars together from Jags to a Cadillac, Toyotas, etc and this was probably the best out of any service department we've been to. Only one other GM dept in Washington had this type of service. Yes, the mechanics were great, courtesy wash/cleaning were amazing (and I'm picky), but Chelsea made us feel like we were the only customer they had. Guess that could be true, but doubt it. She sent us texts with updates on time, without any prompting, called for questions, and was probably the nicest person we've met since we moved to Florida. We're betting Mini Corporate steals her some day. She really knew her stuff when it came to Mini and customer service. The gentleman that helped us with our rental loaner was also outstanding, and quickly corrected a tire issue on the loaner for us. I didn't catch his name though. This service dept is well worth the 5 hour drive from Key West for an oil change and minor warranty repair.

Incredible customer service and great dealership. First let me say that usually "great" and "dealership" don't go together but at Braman PB it does. No sales people that fight over you or are aggressive. This was an amazing experience from the get go. I stated my budget walking in and walked out exactly at my number. I got the wheel package - a necessary thing in South Florida. Sometimes you don't know if you're being over sold but I was convinced by KP and the loan manager. KP our sales representative was very attentive to our needs, but not pushy at all. As a woman sometimes I feel that I don't get the same treatment but KP was very professional and to the point. Seriously, go to Braman. And when you get there ask for him. My daughter loves her new Mini!

I absolutely love my brand new Mini Resolute Edition. Henry is a top notch sales guy. He has great timing, was consistent and ultimately the guy I asked for when I walked into the showroom [while waiting for my certified pre-owned, that was in for an expected service.] He drove her out of the showroom so I could test drive her, and I drove home in the car I had been waiting 6 months to see in person. My only place to buy a brand new and certified used Mini!

If you are going to purchase a MINI, ask specifically for Andrea Melo. No joke. I had been in contact with her about a vehicle via text for a couple of days as I was about 3 hours away. On my way to the dealership, I took a look at their inventory on my phone and found something that caught my attention. I sent her the info via text on my way there and she had both vehicles pulled out and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Oh... I should mention she came in on her day off to do so! We most likely purchased the least expensive car on the lot and she treated my spouse and I like royalty through the entire process. So patient, so kind. Being over 60, I truly appreciated her demeanor and assistance when going over all of the technological aspects that are part of buying a car in today's market. I just can't say enough about how awesome she was and would give her more than 5 stars if this survey would allow.

The encounter was so pleasant, professional and low pressure that we followed up with a request for an in person appointment the following morning. Working one on one with Jamie and his manager Steven Mercier over the course of three hours I was able to drive out of the show room with the sweetest blue mini I have ever seen. We brought our Mini Cooper in for its first annual service and specifically asked the service advisor to check and correct the tire pressure, as the rear tires were slightly below the recommended level. After leaving the dealership, we discovered the tire pressures were completely incorrect (photo attached). This is a basic safety issue and shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism. We have called three times, left a voicemail, and sent an email with no response. This experience was irresponsible and unacceptable. Braman clearly does not value our business, and we will not return for service or purchase a vehicle here again.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Mini Cooper SE four days ago. Leo Bryant, knew I had been looking for a mini SE. He Called me as soon as the car came in and I went down to see it that day. We took it for a test drive, and then we compared it to a gasoline vehicle. After driving both vehicles, I decided on the SE. Leo was very patient and explained everything. It’s great to work with him. The only drawback was that it took over three hours to get all of the paperwork in order. There was no financing involved. However, I can’t blame that on Leo. It was the dealership that held things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Leo for any future course at that I would be interested in purchasing.
