Pasquale of Schumacher body shop has a wonderful team of caring and professional individuals , Carlos being one of those team members knowing exactly what to do... My car was rear-ended so the bumper and muffler were damaged. My dad and I are very satisfied with how they repaired my car. It really looks brand new again. I recommend this body shop because of their quick repair despite the holidays and how helpful they were throughout the process. A+ team....!

From the minute, I met Steve I knew I was in good hands . After I purchased my jeep, I noticed there was corrosion around certain areas of the body . I did not know Jeep has a paint corrosion issue going on for the last few years, which I was affected by . I feel ultimately it will come back at different points . Just going to ride it out for now . Besides the Work, that was done looks good. Just don’t know how it will blend in the future if any other work will be done. very frustrating dealing with the actual dealership and trying to get this process started . Steve is a pro at what he does highly recommend him for any body shop needs .

After receiving my repair quote for a simple bumper replacement I was told the repair would take 3-4 days. It actually took 30 days! Thankfully insurance was paying for my rental car. I had questions during this lengthly process that they refused to address, communication was very poor, and I was treated dismissively. They would occasionally text an update, but if I replied requesting clarification, they never responded. FINALLY, my simple bumper replacement was completed but when I picked up my car, on the drive home I discovered the roof antenna was broken when it started beating on the top of my car on the highway. I had to drive back to the shop where they removed it & said they'd order a replacement. When I got home a few hours later they called to say the replacement antenna was there. It would seem that they had one in stock but didn't bother to check, they just sent me away. When I asked them to mail the new antenna to me because it's a 50 mile round trip for me, they said no, that they had no capability to mail a small part to me, (this part is only the size of a pencil and just screws on). Instead they insisted that I must drive 50 miles, spend my time & fuel and be further inconvenienced because of THEIR negligence. This is a huge body shop which must receive multiple packages daily. Their lack of customer service is appalling. If I'm ever in need of a body shop again in this area, it most definitely WILL NOT BE SCHUMACHER BODY SHOP at 2200 Indian Road, WPB! 2/23/25- One month later & only empty excuses about the inconvenience caused by their negligence. I still don’t have my broken antenna replacement because they refuse to simply mail the part to me & insist I drive over 50 miles to come pick it up! Unbelievably poor customer service!

Short Version: Horrible communication. Had to pull my vehicle mid-repair and have another shop finish. Rita Pozzuoli was an amazing. Troy Vlachos was abysmal. Read Yelp reviews as they are 100% accurate about this body shop. Long Version: I recently visited Schumacher Body Shop for some bodywork repairs, and overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. First, let me start with the positives. Rita Pozzuoli, the Administrative Assistant, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. It’s clear that she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience. She made the whole process a lot easier to navigate, and I truly appreciated her help. Unfortunately, my experience with Troy Vlachos, Collision Center Estimator, was less than ideal. Mind you the car was in for a bumper replacement and fender paint correction. Aesthetic repairs, no collision occurred. Therefore, I needed a rental in the meantime. Due to that fact, I periodically checked on a tentative completion date. Instead of providing a date with the disclaimer of no guarantee, I received deflective answers. At one point he bordered on disrespectful when speaking to my fiancée. When she contacted the car, he recognized the caller and stated "Didn't I tell you yesterday we are still waiting on a part?". It was a total disregard for my situation and my car rental expense. While Rita was incredibly helpful, Troy seemed uninterested and a bit dismissive when we had questions about my car's progress. It was almost as if he couldn’t be bothered to engage or provide the same level of detail and attention that Rita did. His approach was rather curt, and I left feeling like I didn’t get the thorough explanation I needed regarding the repair process or cost breakdown. While the shop itself seems capable, it’s clear that the service isn’t always consistent across the team. If you’re lucky enough to work with Rita, you’ll have a great experience, but I can’t say the same for Troy. Stay away from this shop. Read the 1-star Yelp reviews. They are 100% accurate.

I did bring my car for a polish and painting. While the car repairs were carried out adequately, I noticed significant damage to my car’s leather seat that occurred while the vehicle was in your possession. When I initially brought my car in, there was a small, barely noticeable rip in the leather seat. However, upon picking up my car after the service, I discovered that the damage had significantly worsened, resulting in a large hole and noticeable harm to the stitching. The staff at your service department dismissed the issue, claiming it was not their responsibility and that the small tear would have inevitably worsened over time. I must emphasize that I had driven my car for several months with that minor damage, and it had not worsened. The condition of the seat was stable, and I had no concerns about it until the vehicle was left in your care. The lack of attention and care demonstrated by your team in handling this issue is incredibly disappointing. At this point, I feel that I have not only paid for car repairs but also been left with an additional problem that was not there before. I am truly dissatisfied with the way this matter has been handled, and I will not be recommending your service to others!

Honestly everyone that works here is grumpy and incompetent. My car was apparently ready for days but they never contacted me about it, even though I literally own it and was the one who dropped it off and provided the contact info. Instead they were mistakenly messaging my dad, who doesn’t even live here and had no idea what was going on. They also charged me over $1000 more than they quoted me for minor repairs and took like 10 days. I was obviously irritated at the lack of customer service, and it didn’t help that the middle aged, larger woman with gapped teeth was giving me an attitude and being argumentative about everything. I told her she was too old to be acting like that and she snapped back saying she was probably younger than me, which is extremely delusional because I’m literally in college. Then she had the audacity to tell me that just because I’m “from New York” doesn’t mean i can “act like this.” Thats when I officially started questioning her judgement, because I have literally never lived in New York in my entire life- I’ve visited maybe a handful of times IF that. I live less than 10 minutes away from this body shop. I had no idea what she was talking about and she just sounded crazy. Just a super questionable experience overall. They also returned my car completely on empty, which made no sense because there was plenty of gas when I dropped it off. These people are rude, slow, and clearly hate their jobs- I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had an incredible experience with Schumacher Auto Body. After a minor incident, I was really struggling to figure out how to fix my car, and to my surprise, they did me a huge favor. As a struggling college student I couldn’t be more thankful for all their help. Rafael was so helpful. Along with, the staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape. They could have easily charged for the work, but instead, they showed genuine care and kindness. I can't thank them enough for their generosity and excellent service—highly recommend them!

Over $11,000 of work and 3 return visits later, I still have an incomplete car. This shop is not open weekends, does not warranty their work, and flat out "blamed me" for a bumper gap that "they claimed" can't be repaired- *EVEN THOUGH IT LEFT THEIR LOT WITH THE SAME GAP*. Timestamped picture same day of pickup showing the issue. Service manager (Kelly Derita) oblivious and unconcerned. Subaru Customer Service of no help. I give up, let karma handle it. I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OF MY WORK!

had an outstanding experience with Steve and Carlos at Schumacher Body Shop. The attention to detail they gave my beautiful new vehicle was truly impressive. Their work is top-notch, and their commitment to customer service is unmatched. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. TL;DR: Take your car literally anywhere else. I brought my car here after an accident, and from the start, things were off. The staff was a bit rude right away, which should’ve been a red flag. They told me I’d have two points of contact, regular updates, and transparency about the repair process. None of that actually happened. I called once — once — to check in, and was met with a dismissive, “We sent you a text.” They had — but it was vague and didn’t actually tell me anything. After that, I didn’t bother calling again. I just waited. Almost a month later (with no warning it would take that long), I get the call that my car is ready. I show up early — around 7 a.m., since they said I could pick it up at 7:30 — and while waiting in the parking lot, there’s a team of sheriffs gearing up for a raid. No idea if it was related to the shop, but it definitely didn’t make me feel great about being there. When I go inside at 7:30, the woman at the desk is cold and borderline hostile: “What are you here for?” she snaps. Then she hands me my keys and basically tells me to leave. Fantastic. Once I’m in the car, I finally read through the paperwork — and there’s an estimate with a timeline. So they knew how long it would take all along, but never thought to share that information. And that’s not even the worst of it. They repainted my car incorrectly, leaving visible drip marks on the tailgate. They kept the same tires from the accident, which isn’t just lazy — it’s unsafe. They also never reinstalled my wheel locks. My experience here has left me so disheartened and upset that I refuse to even try to go back. At this point, I honestly feel that if I gave them my car again, they’d keep it out of spite or mess something up even worse. Anyway — this experience is exactly why I bought my car at Wallace. And next time, I’ll just take it to Sheehan, because they actually know how to treat people and repair a car properly.

I was unfortunately in a hit and run on 95 and the entire drivers side of my car required repairs. Lionel was wonderful and made the process of getting the repairs and my car back on the road in pristine condition simple and easy. As for the body work itself, my car looks brand new and I can’t even tell it was in an accident. There is not 1 blemish and the paint job is flawless. They even got my car back to me 5 days earlier then promised. I am grateful I chose this body shop and would highly recommend them to my family and friends without reservation!

Can't express my gratitude enough to the Schumacher Body Shop team. They repaired my Challenger with a broken rear axle, damaged suspension, damaged body panels, and a damaged rim. They returned the car as if nothing happened to it at all. Looks brand new and the repair quality is second to none. They were communicative throughout the entire repair process and never minded when I called in for additional updates.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Schumacher Auto Collision. My vehicle was in their shop for 8 weeks, and throughout that time, I was repeatedly misled about the repair status. For 7 weeks, while patiently waiting I was given vague updates and false promises about the progress. Thankfully, my car’s app allowed me to verify whether or not work was actually being done. At one point, my vehicle sat untouched for 21 days, all while I was receiving text updates from Schumacher stating that repairs were in progress. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. On the 7th week, frustrated I called the manager, Roe, who assured me that my SUV would be ready the next day and that he would personally make sure it was done correctly he claimed. That didn’t happen. Instead, it took another full week, with them claiming the delay was waiting for alignment and calibration. ( which seems like it never got done) When my vehicle was cleared, I finally picked up my vehicle after 8 weeks, it looked fine cosmetically, but mechanically, it was unacceptable. The alignment was still off by over 10 degrees, and the car made a clunking noise when turning and reversing—clear signs that the job was not done properly. I waited two months for a car that still had serious issues! I sincerely hope Schumacher takes a hard look at what’s going wrong in the collision center because, based on my experience and recent reviews, it seems to be underperforming compared to the rest of the Schumacher brand. I would love to see this department reflect the same high standards I experienced when purchasing and servicing my vehicle. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as I truly believe in Schumacher’s potential to provide excellent service across all departments. However, the collision center cannot continue to release vehicles with unresolved mechanical issues—this is not only a poor reflection on the Schumacher brand but a potential safety hazard.

Was very unpleased with the repairs from Schumacher. Very unprofessional service. This car has less than 500 miles on it. The repairs were not done correctly. They put the wrong parts on the vehicle. THEY BILLED ME FOR PARTS THEY NEVER REPLACED! THEY BILLED ME FOR LABOR THEY NEVER DID! To add to the nightmare they damaged the car while it was in for repairs and didnt fix the damage. Ypu can see the dent on the drivers door that was never there. I would not recommend this place for any repairs to your car. They will put the wrong parts on your car and will bill you for parts that they won't replace.

5 Star experience from drop off to pick up. Adriel is the consummate pro and could not have been nicer and focused on my car. I would use them 10/10 times and the finished product was excellent.

Pasquale is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied with the work that he does. When my initial repair had some issues, Pasquale took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in a way that made me feel both valued and appreciated. His ability to empathize with his customers and make them feel at ease is truly remarkable. I am so glad that I found Pasquale and I hope that he continues to make other customers smile for years to come.

11/26: I took my car here to have body work done and a new windshield after a tree limb fell on my car. I dropped my car off after they told me they had the parts (roof portion) in the warehouse. 2 weeks later, I haven’t heard any updates and then getting updates was like pulling teeth. Turns out they didn’t have the parts and it’s on back order for another week. For whatever reason, they decided to wait to order the windshield too. So then I had to wait another five days on the windshield to be delivered and installed. Overall, it took more than a month to have everything completed. Once I got my car back, the interior was filthy with grease stains and dirt/dust. I’m guessing the layer of dirt/dust came from having my car disassembled with the interior open to the outside for 2 weeks waiting for the back ordered parts. I will be going back to ask them to complete their job with a detailing of the interior fabric. It’s very light colored cloth, no thought to wear a pair of gloves or cover the seats? There were scratches and dents surrounding the car and even a heavily splotched area that looks to be some form of adhesive. And none of this was caught in a pre-check prior to giving my car back? They said they would take care of it but we will see what actually happens. 1/22: 2 months later and more headaches and more damages. They attempted to repair the damage from the first time and clean the car but still, months later, they can't seem to find someone who knows what they are doing. They call and tell me my car is done and ready to pick up. What do you know, more water damage in my car, scratches still surrounding the fenders, and more compound white spray all over my rims. I can't see how they make a money as a business when the money that they get from the customer is likely lost when they have to constantly re-do the repairs and fix new damages from their lazy employees. This is unbelievable. The only one who seems like they care is Justine. The other manager would be very difficult to get a hold of and when I could talk to him, he'd give me the same run around, "We are just waiting for more parts."

Edit: I attached an email from the attorney generals office and have reached out to everyone they told me to in the email. If you think I’m settling for a detail, I promise you I’m not done. I have lost all trust in this Schumacher all around the board because of this incident and I’m taking this all the way to small claims court. PLEASE THINK BEFORE COMING TO ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH THE NAME SCHUMACHER BODY SHOP OR SCHUMACHER COLLISION. I said both because they call themselves both on multiple different review platforms. They destroyed the outside of my truck and I’m not stopping until I get justice. I should have read the bad reviews here before bringing my truck here. They worked on my truck through insurance and they pretty much destroyed my paint. I’ve taken it back to them 3 times since working on it and they never fixed the issue. The last time Adriel came out with the body guy and was taking pictures of it so I hoped maybe something would get done. But all he did was wipe it down with something that made it looked like it was gone until you got in the sun and it never actually wiped it away. They got overspray, compound and/or primer all over my truck. Refusing to do anything about it. I got frustrated my last time there and told them I would do it myself because clearly all they want to do is wipe it down and play disappearing tricks with it until it dries and you get in the sun and it never actually goes away. I put in a complaint with The Florida department of agriculture and consumer services, as well as one with the attorney generals office. And provided them a more detailed breakdown as well as video interactions with me and the guy wiping my truck for no apparent reason than to satisfy me because I’m there and pissed. I will go to every single social media page, online review page and websites that they belong to and do exactly what I am here. I’m not gonna stop at all or slow down unless they offer to repaint and fix my truck and stop playing games with me. Do yourself and favor and read all the negative reviews they are all about the same answer from them about “we can’t fix the past but we will improve” pretty much saying they could care less. They are very rude; condescending, and talk to you like you’re stupid. Please stay as far away from here as possible. And don’t bother listening to their response. It’s going to be some way of getting out of this. Look at all the other ones. They’ll lie and try to make themselves look good. Just look at my photos. That should be the only answer you need. I promise this is only the beginning of me telling everyone how bad this place is. I may even start posting signs ( I own a sign place ) up and down their street and okeechobee and all over west palm to warn everyone about this place. Schumacher should be ashamed of ladies that run this place and the lies and behavior of them. Until the next website🫡

Review for Schumacher Collision WPB – I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received at Schumacher Collision WPB. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and ultimately a complete letdown. The office staff — specifically the two white women who work at the front — were shockingly rude, both over the phone and in person. Rather than listening to valid concerns, they resorted to mocking, laughing, and using condescension as a form of conversational defense. I came in expecting service, not disrespect and humiliation. I was referred to this shop by my insurance after a collision — a decision I deeply regret. When I picked up my vehicle, the repairs were blatantly incomplete. Paint scratches were still visible across an entire panel. The middle section of the left rear passenger door was not properly reinstalled, allowing air to enter the cabin at speeds over 30 MPH. It wasn’t until I drove off that I noticed the wind noise — and later discovered water entering the cabin during rain due to improper insulation and sealing. It gets worse. My personally owned vehicle magnets — which I had safely stored in the console at drop-off — were missing upon pick-up. Stolen. And trash was left in my car, along with a layer of dust and dirt that covered every inch of my leather interior. Additionally, the team failed to reinstall my official vehicle emblems, and when I tried to inspect the vehicle before leaving, I noticed the rear seats were dropped down and the latching mechanism had been jammed. Instead of helping me, a staff member criticized me for not fixing it myself. To top it all off, it took them over 20 days just to bring my car back in to correct their own sloppy workmanship — and that was only after I raised the issue the very day I picked it up. During those 20 days, I was treated with the same rudeness and indifference by the same staff members. This business has no regard for professionalism, customer service, or ethical practices. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ve already submitted a formal complaint to my insurance company urging them to remove Schumacher Collision WPB from their list of recommended repair shops. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here: don’t. I should’ve trusted the other negative reviews — they were right. Save yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the wasted time. Find a shop that knows how to treat people — and vehicles — with care.
