This store is awesome. Management is really friendly and always applies discounts when available. They aren't predatory and will let you know what needs to be fixed or what can wait. They also helped me get my car running once when my chain gear broke and they rigged it to get it running for free. You couldn't find a better team.

I bought four tires from TireRack.com, and this location was recommended for installation. I made an appointment through the app and came in only for tire replacement. Within about 15 minutes, I was told that my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced because they were “dirty.” This immediately raised a red flag, because I had replaced the cabin air filter myself just one week ago. When I questioned this, they backtracked and said it was only a manufacturer recommendation based on mileage, not an actual inspection—and apologized. They then showed me a photo of a dirty engine air filter, and I agreed to replace that. However, I’m still left wondering why the hood was opened at all, since I was there strictly for tire installation. On top of that, they also insisted I needed a wheel alignment, which I absolutely did not—I had an alignment done just one month ago. Overall, this felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services rather than focus on the work I actually came in for. Very disappointing and unethical business practices in my opinion. I would not return, and I strongly suggest others do their research and be cautious before bringing their business here.

Had my Kia for couples days gave me a list of things they think the vehicle has wrong. But never let me know what was the issue that I actually took the Kia there for. I expected them to test drive it like I ask them too so they can see the problem but it look like they just connected to a machine. Never again it’s better dealing with a small business mechanic than these high price franchises.

Just received a complete oil change from this location. I was helped by Charles W. He was very informative, giving me all the info I needed before getting me in the system. Additionally, he went out of his way to get my maintenance request approved from the car rental place who was paying for the service. Although he told me a longer expected wait time, he really made magic happen and got me out in about 30 minutes. And they didn’t skip any steps, I noticed they added air to my tires to get me back on the road safely. Thank you Charles W and team. FIVE STARS ⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This was one of the worst services I have ever received with my car at Firestone. I was due for an oil change and went in to service my Jeep at this Firestone location on Okeechobee. As I came in the customer service representative,( the only reasonable worker), Alex greeted me to the store. I told him that I was here for an oil change and was also thinking of a tire alignment. I told Alex that my car is fine operational wise and the only code I saw was for my tire pressure because of the cold week we had. I even took a picture that day of my code. We were all set and he told me that since I’m leaving my car all day then I would have time to do an alignment. I said ok and went to work. The only call I received was that my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. Nothing else was said. After my shift, I returned and was handed the keys and when I started my car three new codes popped up and I couldn’t turn my wheel. I was scared to drive it and asked what the happened. A mechanic on shift looked and told me to test drive it to see if it would go away, but my car could not turn, it sounded like my steering wheel was going to snap. As I walked inside, another mechanic, Charles, went over my car notes and this new issue. I told him what I came in for and what now is popping up on my car. The only solution he had was to leave my car for the next day so it could be looked at for the alignment. No acknowledgement to the unsafe condition my car was given back too. The next day, Charles called me and said that their alignment was done “right” and what could have been going on was a sensor on my wheel. He also said that the alignment wouldn’t have triggered the sensor. Even though a tire alignment works very closely to a tire sensor. Hm, doesn’t make sense… He did a code test and then said that the right wheel bearing and the sensor would quote for over $600. I couldn’t believe that I gone in for a simple job on my car and now had new problems I didn’t have before. No notice of what popped up, no call about what they saw, they just handed my keys like that was their best job to give and have a paying customer drive. Today, I spoke with the manager, Darius, and was met with unprofessionalism, attitude, and no solution to help my situation. As I told him what happened he acted like he didn’t want to hear it and repeatedly said “ my hands are tied and I can’t do anything about it”. Charles also chimed in with his opinions about my car which didn’t help. Now I had these unprofessional men telling me about what they couldn’t do and no one was willing to help or work with me. I got upset, felt embarrassed and small not only because I was the only girl there, but I’m doing my best to take care of my car everyday. After I came from their bathroom collecting myself, Darius then mansplanes my concerns and the situation wasting more of my time. My car was fine and was returned like shit, what can YOU do to keep me as a customer after handling my car like that? Please if you’re a young lady, a mother, a father ,a new resident, or even a guy that cares about your car like I do, DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will quote you with the highest price possible for extra things you don’t need, not tell you what they did to your car, won’t take accountability to how they treated you, and will give you back your car in a condition that can get you in a serious accident. This is your warning….

I was recently in the WPB location repairing my Lincoln. I was able to drop the car off late on Saturday and it was repaired within 24 hours and returned on a Sunday. My service advisor was 4 Alex, who was great. Very friendly and helpful. I paid my invoice and reviewed it home. I had some concerns about my service being overpriced and called Alex back to walk me through it. I found his explanation reasonable. I never like to feel like I'm getting Screwed. I no longer do. I trust these guys to do the right thing. Price might be slightly higher but I believe the accountability is too. I'm willing to pay a slightly higher price for the swift and accountable work.

On February 5, 2026 I dropped my car for a 10 am appointment requesting a free brake inspection that was advertised on their website, after waiting a couple minutes for someone to check me in, I was told the process will take around 2 hours so I went home, on the way home I got to my email a copy the receipt which indicated I added the care package which is $9.99, I don’t really need it and it was never disclosed to me But I said ok I guess that’s the catch for the free inspection, hours passed and by 4 pm my car was still there untouched in the same spot. I rely heavily on my car for work and I lost my whole working day plus the money for Ubers. And I’m not even upset about the store being busy but the lack of transparency and honesty with the customer. If I was told this was going to take the whole day or until the following day I would have planned accordingly or reschedule somewhere else. If this is the way they treat a simple inspection I can only imagine the degree of dishonesty inside the shop with more complex issues. My recommendation, stay away from this place unless you want to lose your money and time

I made an appointment at 11am. They told me it will take 2hrs, so I went for a walk around the area. I came after two hours and my vehicle was not even seen. So, I had to wait for an extra hour. I do not know what is the point for an appointment. I came for an aligment, but my truck keeps on pulling to one side. I was adviced to not rotate my tires since they back ones are better to the front ones, and they recommend me to keep the better ones on the rear which I know is true. No coffee at their waiting room.

This firestone location was fantastic! They remedied the horrific and extremely dangerous errors created by the negligence and incompetence of a different firestone location in west Broward. I was on 95 enroute to vacation up north, BOTH of my 2 brand new tires went flat on me on 95 at the same time, going 70mph. I pulled off immediately and noticed i was near a blow out on the front right tire, on 95!.These same brand new tires were installed days prior at a different firestone location. The cause, was apparently bad valve stems (their diagnosis). Either they left old/bad ones in or did not pull through the new ones properly. The same incompetent location Also "forgot" to do my oil change while they were busy failing to install my tires properly... This southern Blvd location got me squared away wonderfully. Replaced the 1 new tire that nearly blew out and ensured both valve systems were installed correctly and I was Safe to get back on the road. Both the store manager and the rep who assisted me were professional, courteous and more than fair. It was only a few bucks to get back to normal. Ill happily go to this location again, NOT the one in west broward

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their tech (Ronaldo) put a dent on the side of my truck and the store manager cursed me out absolving any fault whatsoever. I went to replace my tire and after placing the new one, the tech was trying to put back the spare under the truck. The harness wouldn’t go down and I even helped him trying to figure out why it wouldn’t go down but it seemed stuck. Eventually, I told him to put the spare in the bed of my truck. I stepped out to take a call then I saw him struggling holding unto the tire and LEANED the tire on the side of the truck which caused the dent. All he had to do was put down the tailgate like all technicians should and put the tire or asked for help but didn’t. Charles Watkins wrote the report in the notes to let me know that Firestone will take care of it. The technician apologized for it. But there wasn’t any TRUE accountability and resolution. They gave me the runaround for months as this happened on November 17th, 2025, 7:00pm. I’ve called asking for Charles about this and he told me that he sent in the reports. I asked to speak to the store manager (Darius Baker), they stated that he’s never there until I showed up to the shop demanding to speak to him. Once I spoke to Darius, he told me that if it was up to him, he wouldn’t fix this dent. He said he doesn’t care about my issue and that it wasn’t his tech’s negligence. Stated that if the harnessed worked, this wouldn’t happened. They sent me out to get a quote and I went to Ford and they didn’t like ford’s quote. I gave them another cheaper quote. They didn’t like that as well. They wanted me to forget about the dent and absolving them of any negligence. My lawyers have already been contacted. I will sue everyone until I don’t have any penny left to sue. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Firestone for their negligences to be swept under the rug.
