We are currently there. One of our Volvo 780 VNL truck has AC compressor issue and it’s on warranty. Although, they could’ve turned us back they’ve had an issue with warranties and insurances before and they still welcomed us. I took my Bentley continental which had AC that was not cooling. Yersin took me in right away and initially tried to charge the system. When that didn’t work he vacuumed the system empty and refilled it. AC worked like a cha after that. Total charge $80! Unbelievable! Honest and efficient. Rare combination. He is only 22 years old but very knowledgeable. Looked up exactly how much Freon was needed and filled the exact amount. Absolutely recommend this place.

I had a incredible experience today at Alonso A/C repairs. I walked in this morning without an appointment and they tested all system components, accurately diagnosed the problem (leaking o-ring and low compressor oil), performed the repair, and re-tested the system to ensure the problem was fixed, all within about 1 hour start to finish! AND they only charged $80, whereas one week ago the local Subaru dealership (stealer-ship) quoted me $2,200 to replace the evaporator coil and possibly more if the compressor was damaged. I found Alonso A/C Repairs by their Google review and rankings; 85 total reviews, all of which are ONLY five-stars, dating back 4+ years. Like an earlier reviewer, I was skeptical, as that level of service is unheard of today, but now I'm fully convinced all the reviews are accurate, they are a unicorn service company! I highly recommend their services. They are an honest-to-goodness, professional, highly trained, and personable family owned / operated business. Thank you, thank you.

When is the last time you found anyone to work on your vehicle, who would keep you informed and show you the parts and troubleshooting flow? Alonso Airconditioning is a family owned business that performs as you would want them to do. My car is more than a decade old and the folks who normally work on the car are not primarily air conditioner focused. Plus they could not see the problem for a week. The dealer is OK and told me to bring it in. On arrival, they said they need it for 48 hours just to estimate costs. Juan told me to bring it in that afternoon and they would work on it. Yerson was assigned and gave me a few options appropriately walking through caveats and an incremental path. In 90 minutes we knew the primary snag and ordered the part and agreed to continue the next morning. The next day it went smoothly and swiftly. They showed me exactly the impact of two other small parts and I was happily and affordably on the road in a few hours. I could not be more pleased and found a trustworthy family that is like-minded and respectable. Kudos and thanks. 🙏

I want to extend my profound thanks to Alonso and his entire staff for their attention to my repair needs, I had A/C issues, not cooling, the mechanic attended to my car very shortly after I arrived which was a refreshing experience and was treatrd like I had been a regulat customer when in fact it was my first time there, the mechanic told me of his findings, he was sincere, honest and most importantly knowledgeable, together we developed a game plan, I thanked him, paid a very reasonable cost for his work and went on my way. They have 5 star reviews for a reason! Yerson was a great guy, and skilled mechanic. For a third of what the dealership was charging, we replaced my condenser the same day I brought my vehicle in. Their team showed me the issues the vehicle had, and made sure I saw exactly what parts would be replaced and why. Their pricing is fair, they are very personable and direct! I chose Alonso AC for its high reviews in Yelp to check on my Chevy Equinox faulty front AC blower. I can't say enough about the customer service culture from Alonso meeting me to guide me to the shop to Yerson doing a fine job finding the root cause (plugged drain), replacing the resistance/controller and getting me on my way in less than two hours after a very reasonable charge for both parts and labor. These guys are seriously THE BEST! They are so welcoming, kind, and friendly, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. In fact, while I was there, a few truck drivers told me that their companies had sent them here for repairs from hours away because they have that great of a reputation. I visited twice as I've had a/c problems with different cars. Each and every time, Alonso's techs did not disappoint. They are fast, accurate and their labor prices are very reasonable on this economy. They are also friendly and well-rounded on their work. Junior, Jenson and the lady at the front desk are great people. (These are the people I had contact with), but I think there is no difference with the rest of the employees. They work on commercial trucks as well (seems like lots of them visit this shop). So, on my way to the shop to pick up my car, my gf car blower started to make a weird noise. I mention this to the tech, right away he checked it, finding the cause. Thumbs up! Recommended!
