Have gone here numerous times before. Always great service. Today I went to have an oil change and possible tire rotation. Justin (Manager) assisted and notice that my tires were fine and was a little too early for an oil change as car reading didn’t match up with service date. He topped off all fluids and update oil change reminder on car. No charge! A lot of places would take advantage of you… Justin did not. I will continue to go here and would recommend others to do the same. Thank you Justin!

Do not go there with a Groupon voucher. I went there for a full synthetic oil change and they said I have to pay $30 more to get the Mobil synthetic oil. So I asked what is the voucher for? They told me some no name oil brand. So dont be fooled by the name. The store's name is Mobil1 express but oil brand is not. I will never put a no name oil in my car's engine.

Rude staff.!!!! Bought a groupon for oil change. First time ever at the location. One employee took the voucher number but obviously did not share that information with the staff. I sitting for 15 minutes wondering what going on? I call the staff rude because that is not how u treat a customer. Sitting in my car for 15 minutes job is done. But just sittting there. Then a employee approached the car and said go inside to check out. So i waited 15 minutes for that!!!!! I got a checklist of things that were supposed to be check and oit was not checked at all!!!

I’ve been going to Mobile 1 on Okeechobee Blvd for a very long time. Solid oil change, same mechanics for a long time which shows me solid company for not having a high employee turnover rate. Extra bonus not worrying about unknown personality issues. Very good value, management and knowledgeable people. Oil change and headlight bulb replacement.

bought a groupon for an oil change. Get there and they want to charge me 40.00 more. I could understand that if I had a big truck or something. I have a toyota sienna a normal car. they bait and switch wouldn't trust them to wash my car nevermind changing the oil. If they have to bait and switch to get business they won't ever get mine again.

My car was giving trouble, so I went to the dealership I had purchased the vehicle from. They ran some codes and told me that it was the catalytic converter and to fix it, it would cost me $1800 + taxes and fees. So left that facility. Called another mechanic who seemed rather reluctant and he quoted me $1300+ for the CAT plus hourly rate…. I was discourage, but said several prayers asking my maker to please send me to a decent and honest mechanic. Long story short, I was intuitively led to Mobil 1. I thought they only did tyres and oil changes, but they actually have certified merchants on their team. These guys were all polite and professional, from Justin the store manager and Leroy whom I spoke to at the front desk. These men both calmed my worries and diligently worked on my vehicle until it was fixed. They did a great job with my vehicle and they certainly did not charge not even 1/2 of that $1800 the dealership had quoted me and they found that it was not the CAT. They found my car’s problem and fixed it. This Mobil 1 shop’s phone number will DEFINITELY remain in my contact list for my future car issues. Thank you Justin and team.
