Very satisfied with my experience at Palm Beach Performance and because I stumbled upon them through Google reviews, I’m posting my own to help others. I needed a new AC condenser and got quoted an extremely high price from my dealer service department with a slow turnaround. I decided to look elsewhere and stumbled upon PBP. Within a day, I had a quote that was 1/3 of the quoted dealer price and with a next day appointment. Needless to say, I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend Palm Beach Performance.

My jeep (used & newly aquired)was starting to run hot and PBP had a quick diagnosis of the problem. They gave me a professional quote with no hidden fees. My jeep was done when promised and all issues resolved. This is how business is supposed to be done. Midway through the owner calked and informed me that the jeep had been in an accident and there were several loose bolts and a fog lamp not in its socket. They made sure that everything was tight and in place before I picked it up and as an added bonus(not that I needed more) my bill was a lower than the quote. We need more honest businesses like PBP. Update: I’ve now also had Palm Beach Performance service my 2012 Lexus RX 350. They completed an oil change, replaced the front struts, and installed new front tires. Once again, the team was professional, clear in their communication, and completed the work at a fair price. The car drives noticeably smoother, and I appreciate their honest recommendations. Still highly recommended. Palm Beach Performance did an outstanding job on my Leisure Travel Van Unity U24MB, which is built on the Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. I had a full Service B performed (oil and filters, brake fluid, DEF, and inspections) along with suspension work including Bilstein shocks and Sumo Springs installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was reasonable for the work performed and a lot better than the dealer. The quality of service gave me confidence my van is road-ready. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable Mercedes Sprinter service and maintenance in Palm Beach.
