Brought my car in for a muffler repair and was told the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. So for a little over $700.00 It was replaced and one week later I have a rattling and muffler issue. Nothing was mentioned to me about any other possible problems that they should have noticed. I have to decide whether to take it back to them, if it's a problem they caused or just take my car elsewhere.

Thought my truck to get muffler work done. Just a repair. Cost almost $2000 to replace y pipes with catalytic converter. I was surprised to know that kind of repairs cost so much. But what makes it disappointing. My truck started having problems that was not there before less than 1 week after muffler repairs. I am bringing it back. But I am honestly nervous if the repairs will get done properly or just turn into me having to be at the mechanic shop more than I ever do.

I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else! I have been coming here for over 15 years and they always take such good care of me. I trust them completely - there have been times that they could have taken advantage of me and didn’t - that hasn’t always been my experience with my mechanics. Lou manages everything so well and he is one reason I come back. Customer service is so excellent. They are just so honest. I highly recommend them to anyone - you will get excellent service!

IM ONLY COMING HERE!! They took care of SO MANY ISSUES AND DID HONEST WORK FOR A HONEST PRICE!!! WHY WOULD I OR ANYONE GO ANYWHERE ELS. I CAN NOT THANK ENOUGH THE ENTIRE TEAM!!! I NO LONGER HAVE A HEADACHE OF WONDERING WHERE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT IS SIMPLY JUST THERE TO HELP. They fixed multiple issues most recent intermittent non start and resurfacing rotors, NO MORE SHAKING WHEN STOPPING, CAR ALWAYS STARTS! Avoid this Meineke at all costs. They replaced my starter with a low-quality aftermarket part, then replaced it again with the wrong another wrong type of starter. During installation, they severely damaged my vehicle. A second mechanic was unable to fix the issue due to the extent of the damage and advised I go to a dealership — potentially involving transmission removal. Both the dealership and the mechanic stated and clearly documented that Meineke absolutely butchered the installation and used a cheap, low quality part. Their negligent work resulted in a significant repair cost, and Meineke has refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. They’ve been incredibly unprofessional, and I’ll be pursuing legal action. Also, The other positive reviews appear very suspicious and likely fabricated. Strongly recommend staying away from this place.

I can't say enough about this shop, I own a shop myself and I contacted Lou about one of my customer that reside in West Palm Beach to address an issue with his car and immediately say off course send him on my way. He diligently address the problem and save me a trip all way down from St. Augustine Florida to West Palm. If you're looking for a reputable shop look no further visit Lou. Unfortunately I was not happy with their services. I went to replace brakes and oil. The cost of brake replacement was higher than comparing to other local shops. I decided to do oil change only. I waited over two hours at their shop for an oil change. Due to the fact that they did not have oil filter for my car they needed to have it supplied by vendor. I was not informed about that at the time of checking in my car. The employees were trying to put blame on the driver who was late with delivering the oil filter. That’s not how professional service works also considering their prices are on higher end of the spectrum. I have never waited more that 45 min for an oil change at other shops with the same oil filter needed for my Volvo. I would not go there again. Replaced my brake and rotors at local pep boys for half price of what they quoted me.

They were short handed that day, but still got me right in. Tire was patched and I was on my way. Great experience. Honest and and affordable! This is not a place where they make up things wrong w your vehicle. They just fix what's wrong. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at the West Palm Okeechobee location. Made an appointment to have a new exhaust system I bought from a 3rd party installed on my Mustang. Lou did an amazing job on the install, showed me what he was doing, asked if I wanted the old system which was still in great shape, and got me in and out quickly. While there, saw them deal with four other customers in a very courteous and professional manner. Cost of my job was very reasonable and fair. I will be a repeat customer.
