Luis Flores and Michael Vargo went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I live in Orlando and I made first contact via online inquiry late Sunday afternoon. I drove out of the dealership that Monday morning, it was that easy! They beat my best trade in offer and had no problem giving me their best out the door price in email within 15 minutes. I had such a great experience at Acura of Palm Beach. When I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, the whole process went smooth. My salesperson, Anthony was professional honestly the best! !The whole team were super knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect car without any pressure. The GM even took the time to have a conversation with me! I just have to say the customer service at this location is Amazing . The people are warm and honest , you can tell they truly have your best interest at heart! I can not rave enough about Evan’s the new GM, he went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and handled a few situations we encounter like a pro. Also my sales rep George Pena , oh man, he is truly the GOAT, he never gave up and I never had to settle , he showed me a wide variety and selection of vehicles to make sure I got what I wanted not just want I needed . He was professional and always had a great attitude. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Acura of Palm Beach (formerly Napleton’s Acura). Unfortunately, the change in name has not resulted in an improvement in customer service. I initially experienced issues with the service department, and now I have encountered similar problems with sales and finance. Communication is severely lacking. Calls and messages go unanswered once the contract is signed, which gives the impression that customer value ends at the point of sale. The most frustrating part was spending nearly two hours at the dealership simply trying to obtain information that could have easily been provided over the phone a week prior. After all that time, I was told that because my purchase was made during the Napleton’s Acura days, I would need to call a separate number for assistance. That should have been clarified upfront, not after wasting a customer’s time. While the sales manager attempted to bring me back in, the lack of respect for my time and the overall unprofessional handling of the situation makes it difficult to consider doing business here again. I would rather drive to Delray Acura than return to Acura of Palm Beach for future service or purchases. Customers deserve transparency, responsiveness, and accountability — before and after signing a contract. Finance director (Jason) never return calls or messages, this is the person who lies to you when you are signing the contract and tries to upsell you GAP, extended warranty and accessories, keep that in mind if you plan to waste your money here.

First let me start by saying I live in Knoxville TN and I was NOT driving 12 hours to buy this car based on the previous reviews I had read. I said thanks, but no thanks. Thankfully Ash called me as one of the new managers and explained the wrongs of the previous ownership and the changes that had been made. I was very hesitant, but after much thought and personal and LIVE videos and photos sent to me of this car ON THE LOT, I made the trip. They detailed it, pulled it inside and kept the keys until I got there (with a small deposit on my part). Upon arrival the car was waiting on me, pulled inside under the lights with a big bow on the hood, and I was blown away!!! They were all so nice, gave me plenty of time to drive the car and managed to meet my every expectation. We actually had a great time, and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun buying a car and MAN DO I LOVE THIS INTEGRA TYPE S. I am so glad Ash called me and put my mind at ease and if you are wondering if they are different than their many past reviews, please believe me, trust them and make the trip. Ask for Ash and Anthony because they will do you right. Thanks guys, for making the trip worth every mile and also for the flawless delivery of my Type S. I have to say I LOVE THIS CAR and Palm Beach Acura!!!
