The muffler pipe near the bracket broke in half. I called a few shops around Green Bay, including a national muffler chain. Noone would repair it, only replace at over $500. I called Brandon's and he had it in the next morning with the repair done within an hour of receiving a part he needed. Saved us from having to replace the whole muffler system and saved us over $200! Everyone was extremely nice and even offered to drive my daughter to one of her appointments she had scheduled during the repair. You can not find many places this exceptional!

Was traveling through Greenbay when my car decided to snap 4 studs on the rear driver side of the car. Had the car towed over to these guys and they shown me nothing but loved and studs replaced quickly and even inspected the rest of the car so I wouldn’t have any more troubles while on the road. Found Brandon's Auto Service via search online as needed needed problem with my car looked at. I showed up early and they were able to get started earlier than my appointment time. They were able to find out the issue rather quickly turned out one of my spark plugs was bad. They were able to get the parts and got everything done same day so I didn't have to come back. I was visiting from out of town when my muffler rusted out. Brandon and his team were able to get me in the next day to assess the car and do the repair. Had the car assessed and repaired in the same day, they even went and picked up the parts themselves as opposed to waiting for shipping so that they could achieve this. After searching for an honest, caring, and reliable mechanic I booked with Brandon with high hopes. I was not disappointed, him and his team are amazing. Had an issue with my spark plugs, turns out they were loose. Instead of selling me new plugs/other stuff I didnt need which he honestly could have done he simply tightened them up checked out everything else and got me back in my car. It takes an honest and caring genuine human being to do that, and that is nearly impossible to find anywhere. I cant recommend this place enough, I will continue to come back for any work on my car. Service was amazing everyone was super friendly if I could rate it 6 stars I would. Highly recommended!!!
